Rogue trader.

A non-conforming product was knowingly supplied that did not match the agreed specification. The trader refused to provide a proper invoice.

Although a return was offered, the trader refused to refund the VAT element and in addition attempted to impose excessive charges for both the original delivery and the return shipment, making the return economically unreasonable.

The response to a legitimate complaint was obstructive rather than corrective. Their attitude was dismissive and denigrating, and no fair resolution was offered.

Update: trader threatened legal action over this review.

Highly recommended, very happy customer!

I read the negative reviews and decided that most of negativity could have been avoided. Customers changing their minds isn't the fault of the company, and that can lead to unnecessary hassles.
I knew exactly what I wanted, I made the commitment and was overjoyedto be holding my phone 7-days later! 😊
My order was an international order from UK to Oman and I selected DHL Express from the order options. Kickmobile and DHL turned out to be a great team.

BUYER BEWARE - Customer service is terrible!

I ordered a phone yesterday from kickmobile, literally the only reason I bought from them is I wanted a cat s53 and they were the only place with one in stock.

After a few hours I decided spending almost $1200 canadian on a new phone is not in my best interests right now, that I should look for a cheaper option.

I looked on my order status and it said processing, not shipped yet. Perfect, easy to cancel right?

WRONG! They don't have an option to cancel order, so I used the "contact us" link, and just to make sure they caught it before it shipped I also emailed the sales email. Little harder than a simple cancel button, but not bad.

Well they emailed back first thing this morning, order canceled due to payment not authorized, and you've been added to our blocked customer list. WAIT WHAT?? Payment had been authorized but not processed as it hadn't shipped, payment wasn't an issue. Why would they block me?

So I emailed back and said is that really your customer service to block any customer who cancels an order? The reply said customers like you are the problem and are always ordering things, returning things, complaining, canceling orders and we reserve the write to block any customers we don't want to serve. This is paraphrased a bit to be more polite lol.

They then added that there's no reason to worry about their customer service because they've been in business since 2008 and people like me are the only reason they have bad reviews.

Yesterday was the first time I have been on their site, I've never ordered from them before, so how does he have any reason to label me a problem and block me? He's never dealt with me before....never will again either.

I honestly can't remember the last time I canceled an order anywhere, I'm not one to complain, I don't like difficult customers so I strive not to be one myself. This was a simple cancellation, it hadn't even been processed yet, so it wasn't like it was boxed up and had a shipping label even.

To have them fly off the handle and block me over something as simple as this, I would hate to have to contact them with an issue after an order was processed or shipped, lost, damaged, etc.

Absolutely deplorable customer service with no interest in being polite or assisting customers. I'm glad I got my order canceled before they got my money, Blocking me was pointless, you couldn't pay me to deal with this company again.

BUYER BEWARE!! They aren't a scam, you'll get what you order, but you better hope you don't have a problem because they are definitely going to be very disagreeable and difficult to deal with if they even bother to try and help.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Top-notch company

Top-notch company, with large selection.
Product in brand-new condition, secure packaging, super fast delivery. A bit cumbersome that bank transfer it needed for payment - would have been much easier to use PayPal.
Have purchased from Kickmobiles three times in all, and have been very pleased. Would happily buy from them again.

Received a Nothing phone 2a

Received a Nothing phone 2a, as ordered. Perfect. I did not get a update when the phone was shipped, but when I got the FedEx link, it was easy to track the shipment. The phone is very nice, thank you. And it was nicely priced 👍

This place offers phones that are much cheaper than other websites and stores. My experience with this store was positive. I purchased the latest Bittium Tough Mobile at a great price. Fantastic and easy ordering, extremely fast delivery 😀. The phone was exactly as described, I even received a free clear cover for the phone which I wasn't expecting. Easy to use & set up.

Avoid this seller at all cost

Avoid this seller at all cost! I bought a Onepus 8(meant to be the pro) from KICKmobiles on Amazon, and they charged me $1150! When I realized that it was not the pro and the price was $350 more than what others sell, I emailed KICKmobiles and asked for return, but no response over one week. I contacted Amazon and I returned it to KICKmobiles, But they only gave me back $861.75 and this is the first time it ever happened to me with this kind of price gouging, stealing my money. You will be the next victim if you buy anything from this seller. So Do NOT buy anything from this seller-KICKmobiles! Avoid KICKmobiles at all cost!

Poor customer experience

Luxury phones at luxury prices and poor you if you want to return the phone!
I order over the internet, and that part was very good.
After I received the handset, I realised I didn't like it and wanted to return it. I contacted them, citing the distance selling regulations. They were rude in their replies, but finally accepted I can return the phone, which I did.

I didn't hear from them for 2 months. Finally, I contacted them and they said they will refund me only 90% because I opened the package (on a £800 phone, that hurt). They even emailed me pictures they took when they received the handset. So it looks like they purposefully waited for me to forget about it! They also added an additional fee to processes the return.

All in all, I will certainly never buy from this company again, and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone.
