How It Works

After an order is placed, a bespoke number is assigned to each retailer source. During the authentication process, our CREW tags each pair of sneakers with our signature RFID zip tie.
The RFID tags enable customers to check all info regarding the purchased item, including purchase date, price model, sizing, and more. We are also able to trace every step and look back on every pair to the retailer they came from.

I was sent the wrong size .
I ordered a pair of nike air max shoes in size 6, They sent a 7.5.
They have a $20 fee and a 15% restocking fee . But they sent the wrong size..I'm still waiting for their reply on how to proceed with returning the shoes. Will not be buying from this place again.

Purchase with peace of mind
I love that they come with an authenticity tag that has a QR code. You just scan it and it gives you all the information you're looking for. I love my shoes and so does my daughter. (Side note: I received my second order the same day I received my first order placed a month prior. My second order took 4-ish business days for delivery - FedEx. The first order was handled by UPS. I am not including the time it takes for KICKS CREW the secure the product.)
