Dear Kickz,
We ordered a pair of Adidas shoes through your website on Monday, July 21st. The price of the shoes was debited from our account, but we never received a payment confirmation or delivery confirmation from you. We've been trying to contact you daily via email, Instagram, Facebook, and phone. None of these attempts have yielded a response. It's truly unacceptable that you're taking money but not delivering. I therefore request that you respond to my messages. We would like to receive the shoes or the purchase price we paid you.
I don't see on this page that this is an isolated incident, but rather a systematic practice. This is truly disgusting! This is such a devious way of ripping people off.

Ordered a nba shirt for very good price, original and good quality. Got delivered within 6 days from Germany to Sweden which is very acceptable to me for the price i paid. Kept up to date with emails very well on the status of my package so 5/5 for me, couldn’t have done anything much better. I will definitely order again👍🏼

Brilliant. Very fast next day ship and received product quickly. The wax paper in that should wrap around the shoes was missing - that’s the only small criticism I have, given the shoes were expensive. But the product was fine and glad that Kickz logistics has improved significantly.

They have shoes other stores do not have and sizes others do not have. I had difficulty finding the right size and ordering and returning to get the right size instead went well. They answer E-mails and are a good store overall in a world where a lot of stuff online tries to fool you price wise or straight up scamm, KICKZ is fair with the price and dependable/trustworthy.
