Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! Do not buy from this company. Bought a new born travel bundle costing £1,020 with a delivery time frame of 3-5 working days. After 5 days no emails nothing. I contacted them and they assured my whole order would be with me in a few days time. Again nothing. Then the story changed, the car seat was the only thing they could get to me and even that would be another 3 days (this is 2.5 weeks after order). With my baby imminent I said I want a refund but I had no car seat to get my first baby home from hospital so they promised that the car seat and base would be order on the Monday and with me on the Wednesday (2 days time) and shock horror this wasn't even ordered and still I had nothing and they couldn't even give a rough date for the arrival of the pram etc. I am now being induced tomorrow with nothing to bring my baby home first baby home! To say I am upset is an understatement.
I complained and just got an apology and was told I would have to wait 3-5 days for my money back (again I won't hold my breath this will happen).
They will take your money and you will be waiting a very long time and will get lied to and fobbed off.
To be honest this whole thing has tainted my experience of having a baby as I now have the worry of trying to borrow a car seat!!

Whilst we always endeavour to provide the most accurate delivery estimates possible, we are reliant on the information provided to us by our suppliers, and we sincerely apologise that these dates changed throughout your order.
We appreciate that this does not lessen the frustration you experienced, particularly regarding the car seat. We are sorry that we were ultimately unable to provide it in time and completely understand why you chose to cancel your order.
As requested, your refund has now been processed from our side. Whilst we have actioned this as quickly as possible, refunds can take between 3 and 5 working days to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We are genuinely sorry that this experience has overshadowed what should be such an exciting time for you. We wish you and your family all the very best for your induction and the safe arrival of your little one.
