Was told my order would be delivered…
Was told my order would be delivered between 5-10 days. So i places my order. Then when the order was confirmed it immediately gave me two dates that it could be delivered. They were 21 days away, just 1 week before my due date. Terrible and wont be ordering from them again

I was promised I’d receive the item in…
I was promised I’d receive the item in 5–10 days. It’s been 17 days already, and I still haven’t received it! Then I got a message saying the delivery is delayed again and the item won’t arrive for another two weeks—meaning I’ll have to wait a whole month! It’s just terrible.

The brake broke on a pushchair I bought…
The brake broke on a pushchair I bought from Kiddie Kingdom within 6 months of using it and instead of replacing it, they have gone back and forth over email for nearly 2 months doing everything other than getting it sorted. Obviously it's dangerous using a pushchair without a brake... but that doesn't seem to bother them!

We would like to clarify that your concern was reported to the manufacturer under warranty within 24 hours of us receiving your email. Following their assessment, a replacement rear axle was arranged and dispatched, with the manufacturer advising that this was a straightforward component to replace.
To assist further, we offered to collect the pushchair and replacement part so that one of our technicians could complete the repair on your behalf. Unfortunately, this option was not accepted. We were then advised that the replacement part had been lost in transit, and the manufacturer arranged for a further replacement to be sent directly to you, along with fitting instructions.
We have since offered again to collect the pushchair and complete the repair at no cost to you, and this option remains available should you wish to proceed.
We appreciate that this has been frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have remained in contact throughout and have continued to work towards resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Fantastic service! Super quick delivery of the product. We unfortunately had a fault with the product itself but the team handled it with haste and the item was replaced. I was kept informed throughout the whole process specific shout out to you and the member of staff called Cheran. They were very helpful.
We have had no issues with the replacement chair, so know that it was definitely just a one off issue that was rectified very quickly by the team. Would highly recommend and we will certainly look to purchase again from them.
