Immediate and personal replies to email enquiries re order hiccoughs. Items purchased are perfect gifts for grandchildren and at an excellent price.
Very impressed re genuine, concerned responses from company selling delightful merchandise and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
Order found at local Post Office. Delivered there( without email notification) yesterday. Order nicely packed. Items very attractive and undamaged.

Hello. I am so sorry that your order took a while to get to you. It was despatched on the same day as order. An email was sent, as is automatic with every order, but I wonder whether it went into a spam folder. We always use Royal Mail 24 but this is not guaranteed next day delivery service, and can only assume that with the poor weather conditions in the Midlands where we are based and the increased flow of mail through Royal Mail at Christmas, that this may have been the reason for the delay.

very soft and cuddly
2 very soft, cuddly dolls and the hair should stay put and is also soft material, not wool. I hope that 2 of my Granddaughters will be thrilled with them at Xmas! I have been searching for a long time and I'm so pleased with these cute, colourful dolls.
