I ordered a ball pit in good faith and…

I ordered a ball pit in good faith and was told I would receive it by a certain date, which was good because it was for a first Birthday and gave us a few days, however on checking the whereabouts, it was still in Poland on the date it was due to be delivered, nobody kept me informed and told me there was going to be a delay. It seems I’m not the only one who has been let down by this supplier, but they hide behind the fact they can blame it on the courier. I told them I didn’t want a refund I wanted the item, but still they gave me a refund. Even though my grandson is one year old and probably will not know the difference, it caused a great deal of upset and frustration for me, thankfully I’ve found another company that can get me one delivered in a few days. I would be very wary about using this company

We can assure you that all the information you have received from us by email is 100% accurate. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland and must therefore pass through customs clearance, as the United Kingdom is outside the EU customs area. Your order was shipped by us on time and would most likely have reached you on time if it weren't for external factors beyond our control as a seller.

We intervened in your case immediately after receiving your report of the problem. One of your packages was lost due to the fault of the courier company, and this whole situation held up the customs clearance process. When it became clear that there was not enough time for the packages to reach you in time for the birthday, we decided to refund you immediately, rather than freeze your funds and try to resolve the issue in more time-consuming ways. We wanted to act fairly and be clear about the situation so that you could at least buy another gift at a stationary shop at the last minute.

We would appreciate it if you could contact us again by email, as we have sent you another message regarding this matter.

& on top they aren’t even available on weekends which isn’t great when you spend so much on an item & need to speak to someone!

On our website is stated that we are available from Monday to Friday, 7:00 - 3:00 pm (UK time). Please keep in mind that we're also people who need time off to spend with family and friends on weekends😊. Nevertheless, we make every effort to respond quickly and efficiently on weekdays.

Great product and excellent customer service

Bought the large square ball pit direct from their website. Ordered on the Thursday and it arrived on the Monday.

There was an issue with the pit - the memory foam was bent on one side. Exchanged a couple of emails with customer services who sent a new ball pit which arrived a few days later. They supplied me with a return label for the faulty pit, and refunded the cost of the pit once it had been delivered back to them, allowing me to purchase the round pit.

The quality is so much better than the ball pits you can buy from places like Smyth’s/Argos etc, so it’s worth paying the higher price. I would however recommend the circular pit rather than square as it retains the shape and structure much better.

The balls are really good quality, they’re a bit larger than you’d expect (a good thing) and they don’t easily break or crush - often an issue with cheaper ball pit sets, so you won’t find yourself needing to replace or top them up.

Really happy with the product and service. Thanks very much to Justyna and Antonia. Great service.

Absolutely awful, avoid!!!

Absolutely awful. I ordered the product in January (the 8th) it is now the end of May and I still haven’t received it. It was for my son’s first birthday in April so had to order something else for him instead. Absolutely gutted as we really can’t afford to lose the money but I cannot get hold of anyone.

Edited after reply - I did contact you, I emailed and rang multiple times!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a softplay set for my daughter’s birthday and it still hasn’t arrived. They don’t answer their phones, and when they do they tell me it’s not their responsibility, it’s UPS’s fault. Utter joke of a company!

Great quality and fast shipping

Ordered the pink ball pit bundle with the 200 balls and matching steps for a great price compared to most other ball pits you see in toy shops.
I was really hoping it would arrive in time for my daughters first birthday and they did not disappoint. Shipping was fast and was impressed with the quality of the set

Quick delivery time

Honestly great. I didn’t pay a great amount of attention when ordering as to where the ball pit was coming from (assumed it was Burton as that was where the company is registered) but it came from Poland. When I checked the website it does say this clearly. I ordered the ball pit on 6th August and it was here on 13th August. I can’t fault that at all! It was a day earlier than their estimated delivery date as well. The products seem to be really well made and I love that I can unzip the covers on the soft play bits for washing. I can’t comment on durability yet but it looks sturdy and it was been transported very well!

Long delivery lead times, poor communication and not shipped from the UK as it would appear

I can’t comment on the product because I have not received it yet. Very disappointing customer service. The company advertises itself as being in Burton on Trent. I’m not sure what is in Burton but it seems to be a woman answering the phone and nothing else. The company is UK registered but there seems to be no UK stock holding. After I ordered (4 days after actually) I received an order confirmation stating my order had been sent. There was no delivery date on that. Then today I received a DPD email … in Polish. Now besides the fact I don’t speak Polish and it specifies a delivery coming from a company called Kontri … a bit of Google research linked this to Kiddi Moon. Translation showed that so far (after 6 days) my package has only just cleared Polish customs. That’s strange as I thought it was coming from Burton-on-Trent not Poland, I then email Kiddimoon. No response. I call and get a rude lady who tells me that it states it is coming from Poland in the basket. It does not state that on the website, nor did it give me a prolonged delivery timescale and nor did it even give me a delivery date. Well it will be here on Monday I think she says. The 6th. That is 10 days after I ordered it and Monday is a bank holiday. So it won’t be Monday. Can I speak to a manager please? I asked. No he works from his home and he is not taking any phone calls. So can you explain, as your business address is in Burton, what is actually in Burton? Do you have a warehouse? Do you keep stock? She put the phone down. Really disappointing and based on the lack of transparency, the delivery lead times and the poor customer service I will not be placing any further orders.

Amazing

We got our playground this week and my daughter is going crazy for it! Now she wants to play with plastic balls all day long. Delivery took a while, but I must admit it was totally worth it. We are already thinking about buying more KiddyMoon products for Christmas gifts :)

For the amount you pay the quality is shocking .

I brought more of the expensive sets and every time I take the covers off to wash which is not often all the foam is falling apart.

Not waste your money seek a cheaper option because you do not get what you pay for

Poor quality

Waited over a week for delivery. Didn’t realise they ship all their products from Poland till after I’d placed an order. When the ball pen did finally arrive, it had holes in the mesh. Very cheap quality. Would never order from this company again

Disappointing service and poor quality items

Had to give 1 star in order to leave review but wouldn’t actually give this company any stars. Their products are cheap quality and their customer service is non existent. I regret wasting my money on their products. I spent about £200 on a foam playground that arrived already tearing at the seams, emailed customer service on arrival in may with images of the poor quality items i recieved and didnt get a response, emailed again last month chasing it up but still no response. Weve now had it 2 months, and my baby has just turned 1 and not walking so other than being placed into the ball pit by an adult it has had little use yet we already have a broken zip and loose threads and holes from where its been poorly stitched. If i could attach images on here i would to show how poor it is

Great Company and Customer Care

I have no complaints about the company. The Item is good quality, kids enjoy playing with this ball pit. I did some inquiry and it is shipped from Europe. I am surprised it is still being sold to the UK after Brexit. It just takes a few days longer to arrive. So if you in a hurry find something else instead. Customer Service is super nice. Paulina is very professional and had a lot of patience to answer all my questions. Just be mindful company doesn’t have a 24/7 customer service line.

Wouldn't ever purchase from here again, bought a slide to go into my child's ball pit, it came broken, emailed they sent another it came broken in 3 places, was obviously a returns from another customer as had a toy gun in and the box was broken, screws missing, this company needs shutting down. DO NOT BUY

After reading reviews and ordering from another country I was a little apprehensive but I can honestly say I cannot fault at all, ordered as a christmas present and it arrived actually before due date so was super happy. Our 1 year old absolutely loves her ball pool set. Highly recommend. Especially when they're at this age and get bored fairly easy with toys.
