Excellent customer service

I just bough a lot of small items to fill girls bags for Christmas for my daughter's friends. The items are just perfect for the price and what I wanted to do with them. I am really happy I did not need to buy the bundle and I was able to pick what I need 1 by 1 item to make it more personalised gift bag. I will definitely buy from here again for my girl's B-day party.

My mother thruned 101 this month. Her aide suggested using the 101 Dalmations theme. I looked high and low for paper goods for 101 Dalmations. Finally, I was able to get them through Kids Party Shop. They came from Great Britain. They arrived earlier thn promised and the supplies were in perfect condition.

I recently purchased a few items and not only was I very impressed with the value for money, but was thrilled by the thoughtfulness when I opened my box to find a free little number one candle to go with the first birthday banners and balloons I ordered. I had ordered a tinker bell costume which came several days early. It unfortunately was ripped but with only one email to the company they sent me my refund straight away. Within 8 hours my complaint was dealt with and I would absolutely recommend this company again. They then asked me rather than send the ripped costume back to pass it on to a local nursery which I found to be an excellent thing to do as the company took a loss and would rather that someone got use of the costume rather than it being put in the bin.

Will definitely use this company again.

I bought a range of products for my son's 4th birthday party, invitations, thank you cards but mainly party bag items. The choice for his age group was excellent and at good price points. They arrived really quickly too. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Really can't fault this company. DPD delivery service let me down with next day delivery and said it would be here till the Monday instead of Friday it was my little girls bday in the Sunday. Contacted a lovely guy who arranged for the same items to be sent out again and to be delivered the Saturday. They came in time and all the items were excellent quality!

Products were good quality and arrived within two days of order.
