Ordered on the 8th December, 2025 no shipping confirmation received. I contacted customer support said it would arrive by the21st December 2025. I am still waiting for the Magic Jelly. I have emailed them several times and always the courier is fault. Stay clear of this company. I have sent several emails and I am getting no response. They have now closed the website and are opening a new Kidscorner. Stay away from this company.

I ordered the Magic Jelly set as a Christmas gift. The website claimed 3–5 day shipping and advertised the product as an Australian brand. I received no shipping confirmation and only got a response after contacting customer service. Although I was told it shipped on the 16th, it was not actually shipped until the 22nd.
The package arrived almost a month later and was not as advertised. There were no proper instructions, only non-English text on the packaging. The items were individually bubble-wrapped instead of in a box, key items were missing, colours were duplicated, and the colours and moulds did not match the website description.

Product delivered was not what was advertised, missing components and not packaged professionally. Suspect this was simply drop shipped from China. Wife was promised replacement missing parts, nothing ever arrived. Avoid this company.
