Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Their mobile site has a glitch and often ships my item to an unknown address. They don't take any responsibility. I recommend using their site to find the product you like and purchasing directly from the actual brand who have better customer service.

Ordered a pair of kids shoes on…

Ordered a pair of kids shoes on December 19. They said that they would ship received a FedEx tracking number however they never shipped the product as of January 1. I still can't get a hold of anybody in Customer Service to provide a refund or tell me about the order. Something is definitely wrong with this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would! I order my son shoes for his birthday and I change the address to the correct address but instead they use an older address. Then I call 10 mins later after noticing which every time I call they said they was busy and get a call back and that they couldn’t modify or cancel my order, but then had a rep say she reach out to the New York store and they was able to cancel and I’ll get a refund ! I got a notification the item had shipped but when I reached out to fed ex they said they haven’t received the package! Now the address it was sent to they got my son shoes ! I’ll never shop with you all again !

This place is a complete scam

This place is a complete scam, I had a 7 in the cart and came back to buy and it said sold out, so I go and get the 6.5 witch is too small, so I go back on the website and all of a sudden the 7 appeared, and the price went up, lol! Worse shoes store ever

THEY DESERVE A BIG "0"

If I could give them a zero, I would. Customer Service is horrible, and the refund is worse. I purchased a pair of kids' shoes online, and they forgot a letter in my shipping address. Would not return shoes with the correct address & it's already been 2 weeks, and still no refund. I called customer service, and they said to give them another 5-7 more days for a refund. They will send me an email. In other words, STOP CALLING "NOT" I need my money. Just want to warn everyone, even if it's not your fault, you still have to accept the problem they made. I'll be going to the mall from now on

Purchase sneaker for my six yr old…

Purchase sneaker for my six yr old daughter 2 months ago. The sneaker are defective . I also notified nike of the defects. Kids footlocker doesnt seem to care they will continue to sell them. Its past my return so they choose to do nothing. No corporate call back nothing. I even ask them to remove them from shelf and they said no. Horrible company not to care about the safety of children

Can't get an online gift card for a gift…horrible customer service

Can't get an online order for a gift card to go through. Was trying to order it for my nephew. It keeps getting canceled because payment can't be verified. My mother tried as well and had the same problem. I have never had a problem with an online purchase so I called their customer support. It was all outsourced to India, and was very hard to understand anyone. They basically told me it was canceled but there was no way to tell why and that no gift cards could be purchased over the phone. I explained that my mother had the same problem trying to order a gift card and that they must have some sort of technical problems with their website if it is not going through. I asked if any orders from anyone else for gift cards were going through and they refused to answer. After asking to speak to a supervisor I got transferred 5 times to different people, telling me to hold. When that 5th person answered and told me that I was getting transferred to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. Wasted 30 minutes with this. I called my local footlocker at Haywood mall where someone named Jackson told me he did not know how to help me. Then said that he would go downstairs and talk to the regular foot locker and that I should call back in 15 minutes. But when I called back the store had closed 10 minutes earlier. He knew very well when their store was closing in 5 minutes when he told me to call back in 15 and deliberately lied. I will never visit this store again or make any purchases to other family members from it. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst experience with kids…

This is the worst experience with kids footlocker, I create a return use their smart label, till now it was about 2 months I have not received the refund when I called them they said not their responsibility and I wonder why the footlocker so bad please be aware when you place an order or start a return.
