Discounted price good but no reciept/ evidence of credit card transaction. Not very easy to find correct cinema and gain QR code for cinema tickets.

Unusable tickets, goalpost shifting, and refusing statutory refunds
I purchased digital tickets for Gulliver’s Land through Kids Pass (£51 + £1 trial fee), but upon arrival on 31st July, the vouchers failed at the gate. With no live customer support available, we were forced to pay out of pocket directly to the venue so our family day out wasn't ruined.
When I requested a refund, Kids Pass gave a non-stop runaround:
1. They initially misread their own terms, claiming my visit date was an excluded date in August (even though it was July).
2. After admitting their mistake, they refused to issue a refund unless I provided third-party transaction proof that replacement tickets were bought, stating: "Without this information... we are unable to authorise a refund at this stage."
3. After I sent them the exact proof of payment to Gulliver's Land, they backtracked completely, claiming providing proof was "not an exact condition" and that I now have to wait indefinitely while they investigate internally with Gullivers Land.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital vouchers must be fit for purpose, and internal supplier delays do not override a consumer's statutory right to a refund for non-performance.
Kids Pass took my money, supplied non-working codes, shifted the goalposts, and refused a basic refund. I have now initiated a formal Debit Card Chargeback with my bank and reported them to Trading Standards. Avoid.
*UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE - 10TH AUGUST *
Kids Pass’s response is disingenuous and shifts the blame.
1. The delay was caused by them: They initially refused to process my request because their support team misread my visit date, falsely claiming I visited on an excluded date in August when my visit was actually 31st July.
2. Goalpost shifting: They explicitly told me in writing: "Without this information [proof of replacement tickets]... we are unable to authorise a refund at this stage." Yet, after I sent them the official replacement ticket transaction showing £71 paid directly to Gulliver's Land, they backtracked and claimed providing proof was "not an exact condition" for a refund.
3. Breach of CRA 2015: It has now been 10 days since the visit. Under UK Consumer Law, my contract is with Kids Pass, not Gullivers Land so why my complaint and refund sits with Gullivers Land is nonsensical. Holding consumer refunds indefinitely while waiting on an internal vendor investigation, despite objective proof that replacement tickets had to be bought is completely unacceptable.

I use Kids Pass a couple of years ago and it saves a lot for bringing kids to different theme parks
Grateful grandma!
A weekend with grandkids cost a fraction of the price - two visits to the cinema for £0!!

I bought the intro offer and I’m really pleased I was able to save money on the entry fee for Chester zoo. It’s worth looking in the site though, to see what offers are on, as you might actually save if you buy direct.

Good app but would of prefered to save a bit more money on zoo tickets as I have booked to go to the zoo and only saved £4
Out of Date Offer Code.
Paid £1.00 for 30 days membership in order to save £4.40 on tickets to take my grandchildren to Hollywood Bowl. The offer code provided by their App had expired 10 days previously. I've therefore paid £1.00 for nothing. It's unacceptable to advertise offers that don't exist.
Update in response to the Kids Pass reply to my review. The expiry date is not available to view before signing up. The website clearly advertises 10% off of Hollywood Bowl though. If this is no longer the case, as my experience bears out, this is false advertising.

seamless and excellent customer service.
Misleading discount claims
The advertised discounts feel very misleading. I was shown savings of “up to 47%” when purchasing tickets, but when I compared the prices with those offered directly by the original retailer, they were essentially the same.
In my experience, the advertised percentage savings did not reflect a genuine discount compared with booking directly. I would strongly recommend checking the original retailer’s price before purchasing.
