KIKO Milano Reviews 

I purchased 6 items and only the first one on the list arrived and late. No reaction from the company asking for refund or re-delivery.

Half of the products are not in stock in the Sofia, Bulgaria store plus the shop assistant is rude and has an IQ of a vegetable. Very disappointed.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but my experience ended up being positive. I received the items within 10 days from ordering which is fine and I can't wait to try them, the glosses look beautiful!

I purchased 15 items from their website, all of which were about to expire. Some products even expire in one month. There was even a broken lipstick. Their customer service doesn't do anything at all. I do not know what to do. Be wary of their discount promotions and then sending products that are about to expire.

This company is a SCAM!!!! Bought a lot of makeup stuff, they charged me but I never received it. They said it was delivered but I never received it. Trying to contact customer care but it seems they don’t exist.

I really wished that I checked out the reviews before ordering online, 2 weeks and still no delivery, tracking app is useless - shipped, at hub, in transit, at hub, in transit, at hub - repeat repeat repeat - Lies Lies Lies
Customer service is shocking, no help whatsoever!! 4 emails sent, only response back was requesting proof of purchase asking me to screenshot my bank statements, absolutely ridiculous!
Do not order online! You will be very disappointed.
I wouldn’t even give it 1 star!

As with most reviews, the main issue is with delivery. I like the products and used to buy in a shop in the city but it has moved and since COVID I don't tend to go into the city as often. I have ordered on line before and I know they take a few days but I ordered make-up for my granddaughter at the beginning of December. Even with the additional working days it should have arrived before Christmas but it hasn't. Very disappointed and customer service just remind me of the extra up to 10 working days! I can get things from China quicker. Unfortunately I will be buying from other, more reliable make-up houses from now on.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago still not arrived.
I rang kiko store in London. They told me that all orders come direct from Italy if you order online and there's nothing they can do.
Poor slow response when emailing and only get an automated response back .
Doubt they will arrive in time for Christmas if not at all looking at other reviews on here.
I think I will be asking my bank for a charge back soon

How long does it take to ship an order. If you ask KIKO, whenever they feel like it. The service is shocking.
It’s very unlikely that I’ll get my order in time for Christmas despite ordering over 2 weeks in advance.
Lesson to self - never use their online service again. If you can’t find a local branch to shop in, choose another brand.

Products are good but delivery takes weeks. I ordered on 5th December and still waiting. Customer service is very poor they just told me to be patient 🤷🏻‍♀️ I want these items for Xmas and 3 weeks should be long enough to receive the goods

Really really bad. I should have read before the reviews. Waited 20 days for the parcel to be delivered. No answer from customer service, no email conf was sent. The parcel is marked as delivered now but not to me. It is advised on the website that it is a tracking signed delivery, but no clue on where my package is and no sign at all. Customer service doesn’t answer and there is no contact numb or email for them. I tried to use resolver and the company is not listed on them. Quite unsure how to get my money back. Happy to edit this review if Kiko helps me to get what I ordered.

I never order from Kiko again. Really poor customer service. I ordered 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting.

Scam . After 2 weeks waiting didn't get my order at all . Never again

Abysmal/non existent customer service. Ordered 27/11 and 2 weeks later still no sign of the package. Not worth trying to contact their customer service dept. I have doubts they will even deliver the package after reading other reviews. Will not order from them again.

I would rate this -25 after three months trying to sort out a faulty eye liner that did not work and many e- mails- I eventually got a code. Which did work - after another 3 more emails - I have lost the will to live - used to buy many products from this range - not any more

I placed an order and received in a timely manner, however, I realized I did not need the products. I sent them back (unopened) on June 30, 2023 and the UPS tracking shows they got it on July 7th. There have been 10 emails I have sent requesting my refund and they reply days later with generic responses. They are literally stealing from customers, I do not understand how they contijnue to do this and get away with it. I have filed a report with the better business bureau and will be contacting my bank and letting them know that this was a fradulent transaction. This company is a nightmare, stay away!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Kiko Bromley branch yesterday and was assisted by Danniella and Cherrelle. I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation for their outstanding service. Cherrelle did my eye makeup, and I was immensely pleased with the results. Both Danniella and Cherrelle demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill, making my experience memorable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch makeup application and customer service at the Bromley location.
