Appalling - ordered a bouquet for a family member for her birthday - received order confirmation and money taken out of account. On the day it was due to be delivered I received an email stating that I had been refunded. No explanation nothing- just an email cancelling. Do not rely on this business- unreliable and unprofessional- would give no stars if I could!
Ordered flowers for a birthday and they were not delivered on the day promised and I was not notified. I had to call and ask why they weren’t delivered and was told they couldn’t fulfill the order. I never received notification from the florist. Terrible customer service.

Attempted to order Mother’s Day flowers and the will “accept” any delivery addresses, take your money, cancel without notification or refunding, lie over the phone to say they did refund you, and once I called them out THE NEXT DAY, they changed their store name from Kiky flowers to Kiky Florist, changed their customer service email from customerservice@kikyflowers to help@kikyflorist, changed their phone number too, and hours of operation. I’ve been trying to report them to the ftc and bbb. DON’T buy from them they are not real.
SCAM SITE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is a website pretending to be a florist. They charge your credit card, take your money and then cancel your order with a lame excuse. No flowers delivered, and my money has not been returned. I found them on a Google search and should have checked for reviews - which there are mysteriously none - because they are a fly-by-night sham set-up that changes their domain name constantly.
