Paid £390 in advance and David Kilmurry didn't turn up for the appointment!

I paid £390 by bank transfer to David Kilmurry in advance, at his request, to secure 2 appointments. I arrived at his "clinic" which turned out to be a run-down derelict house in Earlsdon, Coventry, and he did not turn up. Another client also arrived at the same time, so we were also double booked.

When I finally got hold of David Kilmurry on the phone, he was very rude and abusive and refused to refund me.

After investigating him, he has many different business names and uses many addresses.

I contacted the Harley St Therapy Centre in London, where David Kilmurry claims to be based. They have confirmed that he doesn't work there and they have no association with him. They have contacted David many times to ask him to stop using their business name, but he won't respond to their requests.

I have reported David Kilmurry to the police, Action Fraud and Trading Standards. I am currently pursuing him via the Small Claims Court.

I would advise everyone to avoid him. I do not believe he is qualified as a Hypnotherapist, or Psychologist, and most definitely is not the doctor that he claims to be.

Dear Mrs Adams

Thank you for your review based on a clerical issue.

To reassure our prospective clients- you have never met me or had any work done with me and have posted this review after receiving my full refund and financial compensation & my sincerest apologies of your appointment being double booked- 21st century problems of modern technology, rather than unnecessary defamation based on ignorance, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to you in person about your complaints.

As you have said 'investigated me' very badly, you speak with such ill regard for me as a valued health practitioner, discrediting my senior qualifications but most sadly this is just an attempt to put off my prospective patients.

You are 'trolling' with lies defamation and I suggest you remove your review based on 'no experience' & considering you have never spoken to me in person and have contacted a competitor business on Harley Street.

It would be nice to actually meet you, the clinics both have my qualifications and insurance displayed, and if you would have made it through the doors you would have seen that my house is very much in check. My team and I have extremely high standard of treatment and care, we train therapists and have psychology students & Qualified therapists here learning their trade with specialist guidance from myself.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience should you wish to go through your complaints in person but I suspect not as you have full focus on attacking my good name and achievements in successful practice.

Kindest regards
David Kilmurry
