I just received my Lange 1815 chrono from Kimondo today! Very happy with the purchase because this piece is not easy to find and with the amount involved I had to be careful with which dealer to buy from. Luckily my fd recommended Kimondo to me. Their service was great and the delivery was faster than I expected.

I recently purchased a vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso from Kimondo and I am extremely satisfied with the complete purchase process as well as with the watch itself.

The communication was very smoothly and pleasant and Fabio is a very competent and kind expert in his field.

He was very helpful, giving advice and helping with answers to all my questions. I was even able to meet him as his office/shop to see and try the watch on my wrist and compare to other watches of his portfolio.

I recently bought a Patek Philippe Calatrava 5196G 18K White Gold from Kimondo. They were polite and patient with me as I went on and on with plenty of questions regarding the watch. I ended up purchasing the piece and surprisingly the delivery was swift and smooth. I am very happy with the purchase.

I recently purchased a Daytona 116508 from Fabio and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The watch is has described and I had the chance to visit his shop, look at it carefully, try it on my wrist. Fabio has been helpful in answering all the questions, bring the watch to my office several times for inspection and further viewing so it's has been an incredible customer service and a great watch knowledge to help with my investments. Overall, it was an outstanding experience buying from Kimondo!

Purchased an AL&S watch from Kimondo Watches which was as described as "unworn". The dealer wrote "The watch has been checked by our watchmaker and it keeps good time it should not require a service for at lest 2 years". Please note definition of “unworn” on the platform the dealer sold his watch on is: “Mint condition, without signs of wear” and “From old stockpile, may have minimal signs of wear from storage”

I found a spec of dirt inside the caseback that was not visible in photos, I then timed the watch to +21s per day, which made me very suspicious. The dealer agreed to take to a local repair shop where the timegrapher averaged to +25s/d. At this point he agreed to remove the dirt on the movement, and fix the timing but only cover 20% of the cost. After this the local repair shop found the dial had no dial feet and had clearly been opened and damaged in the past (“unworn”?). At this point a service at AL&S (remember “should not require a service for at lest 2 years") is needed, service cost + dial replacement cost will be approx 2,350 USD and many months without the watch which the dealer has said he will not cover as he couldn't have known the condition of his watch. The total compensation of the dealer was 300USD to fix the dial dirt and timing issue (for the “unworn” watch that “keeps good time”).

Kimondo Watches inventory is described as “unworn” but that means it is possibly broken inside and the dealer will not compensate the losses.
