Order not received.

I put an order 6 January for approximately 60 euros. Small items, nothing major. Delivery was supposed to occur between 5 and 10 days. Almost a month later nothing.... Sent several emails to customer service. Absolutely zero reply other than an automated message that solves absolutely nothing. Since they are closing shop in Portugal I have a feeling they may be just ignoring undelivered orders and bolt. Will probably have to drive to the shop, make a scene and demand that they return the money or at the very least the amount paid for transport costs. What a bunch of crooks.

Terrible Experience.

Terrible Experience.

I've made two online orders. The items were shown as available on the website and proceed with the payment. The orders were confirmed.
After a few days (in one case, after a week) I was contacted by Kinda and was told that there was a problem with the stock and the items were actually out of stock. They told me I would be reimbursed in 14 days (!!!). Since we are not talking about a return, but a situation that was originated by an error of KINDA, I refused to wait until 14 days in order to have my money back. At that point, Kinda had my money and I wouldn't receive the items I ordered because of their mistake.Terrible attention to the client. Never again with KINDA.

Terrible online service

Terrible online service.
Made me wait for two weeks to collect in store and then refunded me without telling me and without an explanation. Tried to complain in store and I was given the brush off.
The assistant tried to help, but she didn't understand how her own company operates.
