Great service from start to finish.

Great service from start to finish.
Appropriate, like for like hire car provided efficiently and on time by Shane, and I was kept up to date on the progress of repairs to our car throughout by Karen.
As the no fault party, the complete process was handled and dealt with very professionally, which alleviated the inconvenience always associated with these matters.
Thank you for your assistance, especially Hollie, Shane, Karen and Laura-Jayne. It is most appreciated.

Excellent provider of accident management.

After our car was damaged we were anxious to what would happen
Having supplied information about the incident everything went smoothly
Our car was repaired perfectly and the use of the courtecy car meant we had transport throughout

Excellent Communication and Outstanding Support

Had a fantastic experience throughout. Imogen took the time to gather all the details carefully, explained everything clearly, and advised me on the next steps. She was absolutely lovely to speak to and made the whole process feel much less stressful.

The hire car was then organised incredibly quickly and was delivered the very next day by Kevin Baker from Kindertons. Kevin took the time to show me around the car, explained where everything was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the controls before leaving. He also answered all the questions I had and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Kindertons have really been on the ball with everything. Their communication has been excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way, and they have made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth, easy, and well managed. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and customer service from everyone involved so far

No fault damage to my car.

Over the years whenever i have had to claim on my insurance I have never been satisfied with the standard of paint finish on the repair. I own a Lexus GS and it's paintwork is really nice. Unfortunately somebody ran into the back of me, thankfully not major damage. I have had some paintwork carried out by Chris Jenkins in Cardiff and I know his work was outstanding. I didn't contact my insurance company i contacted Chris instead to ask for his advice because I wanted to be sure that the repair would go to him. I was told to contact NASL who would refer the accident aftercare to Kindertons. Everything was straightforward, clear and very efficient from start to finish and of course I had the peace of mind knowing that my car was being repaired by Chris. Really good service can be hard to come by but when you do get it you want to tell people.
