Kindred Splendor went above and beyond-I couldn’t have had a better experience! My 15y/o girl passed away suddenly and I came across their site and instantly fell in love! I chatted on the site to make sure I used the best photo possible before submitting my final order. I was able to make adjustments to the drafts created and the end result was so much more than I could have hoped for! I cherish my painting from Kindred Splendor and will for sure give them my business again in the near future!

So happy with my portrait!! I purchased a two dog portrait as a Christmas gift for a dear friend. When she opened the gift she literally cried and hugged the portrait. The artists were so good to work with. They were happy to retouch the submitted original to get it just right. They truly captured the unique look of each pet. Would highly recommend and purchase from Kindred Splendor again

I gave pet portraits to 3 people for Christmas and they all loved them! It was a simple process. I loved the tracking of your item too. They let you know every step of the way what is going on with your item.

Kindred Splendor was great to work with on the editing process. The pictures of our Luna and Umberto are adorable. I would definitely would recommend.

Purchased this for myself but this would make a great gift for someone that loves their fur baby!

My order with kindred splendor was very professional, they were very quick with the response back and even let you see a proof of the picture that you would be mailed. Once I received the package it was nicely wrapped to ensure no harm would come to the item and I was very happy with the overall process.

I had two portraits done and they came out perfect. At first, I had to have some revisions done on the portraits. Customer service was helpful throughout the process. I would order again ♥️

I purchased a large print with my 2 dogs, which I LOVE, and a phone case for my iphone with them as well. Easy to work with and quick. I even bought another print of my parents dog for a quick Christmas gift!

I am very impressed with Kindred Splendor, my entire experience was very positive. From placing my order and being able to choose the background colour and frame colour as well as send multiple photos of my puppy. Then after being sent the proof I had some things I wanted changed so I sent back some edits which were all fixed promptly and accurately. The new proof was sent and after approving it my portrait was shipped quickly! Very happy overall and would recommend.

I ordered a customized photo for my dad of our 16 year old dog Balashi that passed last year. I loved the way it turned out soo much I ordered myself one too! Thank you Kindred Splendor for portraying a lifelong memory for us in the most perfect way <3

I cannot recommend them enough! I order in December for my bf in Canada and was afraid it wouldn't get on time but it did. The only thing to consider is that when asking for modifications, it will take them 4 extra days to send you the new proof. However, I reached customer via live chat and they help me expedite the whole thing (you should def use this tool on their website, truly FANTASTIC)
Long story short, he got the present in time and was insanely happy with it!

The turn around time was great, the picture came packaged well and looked exactly like the preview they sent. I was very pleased.
