Click and collect impeccable. On n'attend pas. Attention juste à signaler une rupture de papier cadeau 10 jours avant Noël, c'est bien dommage.

No solution proposed for a good not available anymore
I ordered a piece that was on stock (according to the system) but I never received it. I checked the availability for a few days and it was still available.
As I didn’t receive the piece I called the customer service. At this moment the item wasn’t available anymore but the person on the phone just told “sorry but I can’t do anything for you”. He even try to help finding a solution as to propose something similar.
Good products, quick delivery but upset with this experience.

Ordering from the UK
As living in the UK , convenient service to translate web site to English and order toys for delivery to address or arrange for goods to be collected, delivery service quick, with good email communication, emails do arrive in French but would be good if they could be sent in English as well.
