Absolutely AWFUL. Booked them the first time and they were over 45 minutes late for a school Fair. Called the owner who sounded terribly drunk over the phone and was in Spain. He later apologised, said he was on medication and offered £100 off the original booking. With that apology, I was happy to book them again. However, despite sending the email and texting the exact address to the driver, they arrived at a completely different school and therefore were over 1 hour late! Called the owner who was extremely rude, arrogant and told me that I was lucky they were coming as he had given a discount to a primary school. DO NOT BOOK as they will let you down and you will get no apology.
