Nightmare company

What an absolute nightmare trying to access MY money from MY account.

I have supplied numerous personal details on more than 4 occasions but all I get back is a generic email saying they can’t find my details.
That wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have to put the scheme number along with other information to even access the ability to contact them in the first place.

Standard Life are by far the best pension company I have dealt with and Kingfisher( who I work for) are by far the worst.
