No mirror in the Gents' Toilet. The story is (i) when it was broken, it was never replaced. (ii) this happened a very very long time ago. (iii) over a long period complaints have been made to the cleaners. (iv) it would appear that messages (these Complaints) have not [NEVER] been passed on to the management. (v) one recent comment from a cleaner was "they never listen to us" (vi) and "the new owners of this shopping centre don't want to spent a penny". (vii) The toilet for ladies does have a mirror.

If you go here in a car when you pay for your car parking get a receipt because when I paid cash to park here on the 22/7/23 I arrived at 14.20pm left at 15.50pm I received a parking charge notice of £100 today 1/8/23 because they saying apparently I didn't pay which I f**king did, but I didn't bother with getting a receipt so cant prove i paid, I'm not shopping there again going to stick with bullring for shopping never have a problem with parking there

It’s 2021 and you can’t use a bank card to pay for parking, absolute joke tbh had to search all over for a working cash machine to take money out just so I could pay less than £2 for parking. Please get with the times as not everyone carries change around or wants to be handling money throughout a pandemic.

Just took a lovely poo in the kingfisher. Very quick to criticise public or shopping centre toilets normally. But what an experience, pleasant music at the perfect volume to hide the splash. Followed by fully contactless water soap and raid air drying facilities. Topped off perfectly by a pleasant aroma of lavender. 10/10
