They were pretty but broke after a week and they were supposed to last a month and on top of that the one doing my nails didn’t speak English or danish so we couldn’t communicate and that isn’t her fault but it’s annoying

Meanest nail artist I ever met. 2 girls speaking very loud in Thai all the time, didn’t even smile, looked like they were angry doing their job or they didn’t wanted to be there, aggressively pulling my hands, not even vocal just pointing things, terrible behaviour, poor manners and poor customer service. They treated me like I was getting my nails for free.

NEVER AGAIN! King Nails inside Frederiksberg Center.

I have been going to King Nails inside Frederiksberg Center for a year now and have been happy with Rose, whom does a great job… however… two things have made me change bail salon:

1) I had my nails done by some guy (with semi long hair) last time I was there.. he was passive aggressive and had a rude attitude and tone towards me from I sat down and until the end… I usually get my nails done by rose and I ask for the same milky white gel nails every time… however this time the guy insisted that I pay extra for a top coat and my nails (only one week after) is already cracking off…. I confronted him about his attitude in the end as every time I answered him in English (which he speaks) he would pretend not to understand me and demand his fellow colleague to talk to me instead as if he couldn’t be bothered with me… once confronted he was aggressive and claimed I was lying when I told him that he was aggressive…

2) Very often despite having booked Rose in the system, once I arrive, I am told that Rose is not available.

Very disappointed… I have been a loyal client, but my line has been crossed, so bye bye.

All services of Kingnail are very good. I am very satisfied and will come back with King nail🥰

Shellac manicure. No manicure as such. A bit of nail filing and polish put on so thick you can peel it off really easily. Looks terrible.

Ladies anyone know the name of the owners? I’m disappointed

Booked 40 min of predicate and got just 20 min with such a bad result. Needed to correct it at home! Do not recommend KingNails Farum to anyone!!! Worst experience ever! So disappointed…

Worst customer service with rude and aggressive behaviour I had experience throughout the life. Got multiple cuts and scratches around the nails and skin. When I complaint to owner she told me that " there is no need to come again here".

DO NOT GO TO KINGS NAILS in Fiskertorvet. They are inexperienced, abrupt, rude and don’t clean or disinfect any of their equipment except for the foot grater. And, it’s hideously overpriced. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went to King Nails at Waves shopping center. I had booked for Natural Acrylic Overlays I left with Acrylic extensions. They don't seem to understand the services they offer up for booking. The nail prep was really bad, no cuticles removed very haphazard nail trimming. They hit my skin with the sanding machine twice it was bleeding when I left and little to no apology. The nail shaping was horrible and application of gel polish was lumpy and looked like it was done by a begginer. The underside of the nail was lumpy too ams uneven. I complained about the issues but they fell to deaf ears. I do not recommend this provider at all and thinking that I paid 550 for this trash, I would rather have stayed home and did it myself. The after care was also horrible and ineffective poor nail oil application and no lotion offered after service.

I have very good experiecne in City 2. May is my best. She is very friendly and she doing her job perfectly.

It was a relaxing and good experience. Overall very good service. I changed my nail color 3 times, and still Maja put it on with a smile.

My first experience with them was amazing! The staff are SUPER SUPER friendly, they treat you with so much care and love it's amazing! My nails are perfect perfect perfect! They stick to their schedule perfectly! The place is super clean!
Maya was the one doing my nails asking all the time if I'm okay with her work! They don't speak English but they do speak Danish! For foreigners like myself May was translating all the time and she is super friendly. I really recommend this nail salon especially that they are open every day till 5pm!! 😍😍😍

Terrible service, couldn’t be bothered with the customers. My nails looked better before they started the manicure. One of them cut my finger and could barely apologize. Don’t go here.

That was the worst pedicure ever! I got a "luxus" pedicure, where they did not removed all dead skin, and my soles looks like nothing was done. I mean, I can do it much better by myself! I am very dissapointed, because after I payed 600,I still have to fix it at home or in other place. Do not recomend it!!!

Was in the salon today to get my eyelashes done I choose volume which was supposed to be done in 90 minutes. It was done in 55 minutes and it looked very scanty and ugly I explained to the lady she ignored and asked for payment. there was no response on my complaint. I am very disappointed ☹️ and I will never 👎 visit this salon again 😡. You can’t really communicate with the ladies I also waited 20 minute bad costumer service 😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎
