On line placing of our order was as we have come to expect. The arrival of the item the next working day was better than we expected. ordered bathroom cabinet with lights received telephone call from customer service explaining there was a small scratch on the unit and did i want to cancel the order or accept a discount . scratch hardly noticable and discount refunded immediately spoke to customer service on friday and received goods monday am excellent service

From ordering on line to receiving goods three days, well wrapped and protected. fail to see how you can improve on that.

Am waiting for the shower cubicle to be fitted so haven't seen it yet. However, service was excellent, Fleur very helpful and good communication regarding order. Ordered and received goods same day as a member of staff was in my area later that day.

These guys are great. They noticed something "odd" about the order and took the initiative to call to clarify. After a brief chat another item was recommended as better suited to fit the situation. They even sent pictiures and prices within an hour.

We are pleased with the shower but when it arrived my wife was at home alone and the delivery driver refused to help her. He just dropped the pallet in the road and left her to find some people to help her to bring it in. She was quite upset and insists I do not purchase from any business that doesn't offer a more customer friendly service in future.

I have received a great looking product for nearly half the price of other companies, I asked if I could have it delivered a little bit earlier and it was no problem, service was great, I will do business with kings bathrooms again.

I first of all phoned up about a bath shower screen. The person I spoke to was extremely polite and efficient. He suggested I ordered online which I did and my goods were delivered 2 days later as promised. The service was very quick and efficient and I would definitely buy from Kings Bathrooms again and recommend others to do so.

the doors and delivery time was faultless they look brilliant, however the Chinese girl that calls you if your not in when the doors come and no calling card is left will not believe you and is quite abrupt she can draw you into loosing your temper, ( read the delivery conditions) I reckon she makes things up if your not in its best to deal with the delivery company as you get more joy from them, the company as a hole supply great doors and I will buy of them again.
