The Paediatrician referred us the Psychology department which was our main objective in becoming a customer of KB. However the Doctor we were referred to declined to accept us as a patient. Both our children recieved the same response even though their needs are vastly different. The whole experience has been a waste of time. Extremly disappointing.

From initial consultation to post op. I was treated with exceptional care, understanding and informed at each stage of both what was planned and how treatment would be performed. I felt a valued patient and was frequently asked if I had any questions or concerns. The Doctors and nursing staff were friendly, engaging and extremely professional and knowledgeable people. Would recommend Kingsbridge without any reservation.

The staff are absolutely exceptional and professional, rooms are clean and well looked after the food was 5* just overall an amazing experience

I had a very good experience at Day Surgery at Kingsbridge Hospital Ballykelly. All members of staff that cared for me on that day were professional caring and kind. Communication skills were excellent.

This was a follow up consultation to surgery which I had in May ‘25. Recently I’ve had a problem at the back of the knee. Mr Archbold diagnosed the problem and we discussed available options. I was happy with the outcome. As always a professional service which ticked all the boxes!!

They were prompt ,friendly ,very clean and efficient.

Very easy check in on the day of surgery. Seen by medical staff very quickly and treated by lovely nursing staff who made my daughter feel at ease. Very little waiting around and after checks sent straight to surgery. Room very nice and comfortable and good resources including snacks available. Overall great experience
