Really bad service stay away

If you got any sence you will Stay away from this garage there a waist of time. I Put a deposit on a car then went up there to see it but it wasn't there it was at another garage and would be here in a day or two. Said they would phone me when it comes in. No phone call despite leaving several messages on answering machine. So I went up there. Told me it was in work shop being looked at. They said they would get intouch when ready. Nothing. So rang left message after message. They just don't bother returning there calls. Eventually after many calls got hold of someone to see what was going on and they said it was still in work shop.this is 2 weeks after putting deposit down. Told them to keep the car and asked for refund of deposit. They said they would issue it and would take upto 48hrs to see it in your bank. Waited and nothing was showing in bank. So Called my bank and they said nothing had been issued. Back on phone to nick kings. Many calls later got hold of someone and they said oh thought I had issued it I will look into it and be intouch. No call.Got refund follow day and that's probably because I told them I had rang my bank. Now if this is there sales whats there after sales like. Google nick king car sales more bad reviews on there. I definitely will not be going back there.

Bad bad bad

Trustpiolot doesn't"seem fair because the company has little or no recourse to defence, however in this instance I am so insensed I have to bring my shocking experience to the attention of potential victims. Im looking for a car for my daughter, the sales assistant on the forecourt in Gloucester directed me to 2 cars that might fit my needs and budget. The first had an obvious engine fault around the cam shaft, my guess would be hydraulic tappets fail, a major fault, an inspection of the second car revealed oil in the expansion tank meaning head gasket fail...a major fault. Some cars have an oil cooler that can fail and water can migrate into the oil that way, still very expensive to fix and if left undone would destroy the engine. This car, the salesman told me, was marked as "sold"but the sale had fallen through, it was now available . This means he was prepared to watch this car drive off the forecourt with the fault, either he had no idea of the fault, or he knew and didn't care.
On top of this, I showed the salesman the tissue I had dipped into the expansion tank and drawn out filthy with oil contaminated water, his response was as if I told him a pigeon had pooped on the bonnet and he might want to give it a wipe. Despicable
