Fine for easy print framing not for anything more involved.
This is a difficult review as I have had a few prints framed here which I have been happy about over the years however the most recent one was so disappointing and very poorly executed. The canvas was sitting proud of its frame rather than aligned or below. The canvas's unpainted edges were showing as the gap between was too wide and no effort had been made to make the frame/canvas square to the eye. On returning to discuss my disappointment and try to negotiate a remedy the framer was not prepared to meet me even half way to re-do it or recompense me. Following this I had two further professional opinions of the framing both of whom agreed with my points. At a cost close to £200 wasted, and having to pay for it to be re-framed elsewhere, I would not recommend. Had the framer been prepared to agree to some extent with my points and recompense or re-do I would not be writing this.
