the whole experience with Kings Carpets was a joy from start to finish. From the in-shop experience to the quoting and options to the fitting (squeezing us in just before christmas), it was easy and efficient. the end result is stunning and we couldn't be happier. Great job!

I live a long way out of Nottingham but King's were still happy to serve my area. Really professional service from start to end. I recieved fantastic service with great knowledge at the Beeston Shop from Graham and then someone came all the way to my flat to.measure up at no cost. The quote was extremely competitive and the lads that came today to fit the carpet were very efficient polite and friendly. Stuart and Sandra in the head office were also extremely helpful. Sorry I can't name all the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with. I'm really chuffed with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get new carpets. An absolute pleasure to deal with on every front. Thank you very much to the entire team 😀

Our experience with Kings Interiors (West Bridgford) was absolutely brilliant. Simon is fantastic at his job, & couldn’t have been more helpful. Recently visited to get some advice regarding a hallway and stair carpet. Simon was really helpful in explaining the different options and types of carpet. Great showroom with plenty of options and choices to look at. Will be back to order a carpet as soon as decorating is done.

We recently used Kings to carpet a ground floor extension. They managed to source and fit the exact carpet that was already in place in the old part of the lounge. The fitter did a great job joining the two carpets and we were satisfied with the end result. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We ordered a carpet from sale stock for a spare bedroom. We told the saleswoman what we wanted and she quickly sorted our order, diaried the measuring of the room and gave an approximate price, which was confirmed after the room measuring. The carpet was successfully measured and fitted within a week to a high standard. Very happy with the service we had from Kings. They also made a quality mat from an off-cut from the carpet fitting at a very reasonable price.

Kings of West Bridgford fitted a carpet in my mum's new flat. Advice and communication was excellent throughout and they even rearranged fitting at short notice when another supplier let us down. Excellent Service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Carpeted fitting was unbelievably poor. Rang and e mailed and had to chase for follow up. Unbelievable poor and arrogant customer service. When things go wrong shouldn’t be too hard to be polite. Very intimidating overall. They eventuality contacted us and a fitter did try to rectify the carpet fitting but in his words. This is below standard and been cut too short to rectify. Contacted them again. Like dealing with badly behaved teenagers. They say problem with manufacturer. Clearly it is poor fitting. Wish we had looked at reviews on yell before let this company fit a carpet
Really bad experience and arrogant staff made it even worse.

Ordered a rug from this company which was over £100 cheaper than some of it's competitors. Delivered on a date I specified. Great service.
