Terrible Customer Service!!
Ordered a product which broke within less than a week of delivery. Was advised a replacement was sent, they have not been able to provide any tracking details for the replacement. 3 months have now passed and no response to any of my e-mails and still no replacement received. Also won’t give me a refund even though they are unable to provide tracking on the replacement.

Great toys- great prices
I ordered a bomb- intelligent app controlled vibrator as my husband works away a lot and my god it is brilliant. He can control it from his phone. When the kids are in bed I call him when I’m free and we have hours of fun. .

Faulty Product. No help from customer service.
I received a faulty product from Kink Play and contacted them within 14 days. I have since sent several emails asking for a replacement or refund but to no avail. I will be happy to amend this review should they contact me and resolve this issue.
