Ordered a bottle of their whisky for a Christmas present (and one for myself). Both arrived perfectly boxed, in great condition. Tracking was exceptional and I knew where the parcel was at every point of the journey. A great store, if ever you visit, but online is very convenient and the website is easy to navigate locating what you want perfectly.

The item is exactly what I wanted. We have a tradition of giving a lockenbooth to all new female members of our family and this is the exact design I wanted. I was slightly disappointed that it did not come with a box as it was for my new daughter in law to celebrate her wedding . It it had been boxed I would have give it 5 stars

Order was processed and shipped quickly.
1. When it arrived one of the elements (kilt belt ordered at size 36in) was the wrong size (46in) due to an error in the product labeling (inside of the leather belt was stamped at 46 but the sales tag that had been attached showed 36in). They apologized and are in the process of replacing it.
2. Gilliie shirts were 45gbp each but they didn’t seem to me to be very good quality. Acceptable - cotton is course / not soft or fine.
3. The rest was fine.

Amazing customer service. We ordered a pair of expensive tartan trews for my teenage son back in 2019 for his brother’s wedding. They were fabulous. However a few months later after he’d grown a bit, I went to let down the hem in them only to find there was so little material in the hem that it was impossible. Was so disappointed that these £300+ trews were only going to be worn once! Contacted KA who immediately offered to remake them - no questions asked. Then COVID arrived, then son went off to Uni, then went away for a year. So here we are 5 years later and true to their word they have re-made the trews! I was fully expecting them to say too much time had elapsed but not at all, they were happy to honour the agreement. Never had such excellent customer service! Can’t rate them highly enough.
