All for gifts , celebrating the 80th birthdays of a group of old rugby players that have played together since our school days in Musselburgh in the late 50s , then through the 60s, 70s and 80s . We are all still friends and all still involved in rugby in some way .

I knew what I wanted (Scotland Rugby lambswool scarf). I love the quality of Kinloch Anderson items so it was the only place I would go for it. Easily ordered on the website and updated on shipping.

I am very satisfied with the products I ordered from you. even compared to the Kilt where I got a little confused with the sizes and their translation which I took up with you by email. I am not perfectly bilingual, the products are very well designed and Scottish wool remains truly primary as my grandmother told me in the sense that a textile or wool bought from Scotland, we are not all of further reassured by the quality.

customs taxes are a little excessive but I understand why. Brexit being here. and social problems require real and effective financing.

I plan to place other orders later. the blue sweater is really amazing.

Good communication when changed weavers. Arrived when promised. Lovely product

A decent enough plain wool necktie, but disappointing delivery packaging. Isn't this a royal warrant company? If so, was crudely folding a necktie into a bubble envelope, so that it arrives with hard folds and kinks in the fabric, normal? What if the tie was a gift? I've purchased ties for less which came in a simple box. Is KA falling on hard times and making disappointing cutbacks?

Thank you for shipping it so quickly even though it was overseas. I thought the quality was very good and wonderful.

Fabulous service and quality products. I ordered my wedding long skirt kilt in August for my wedding. Everytime I contacted them for an update they were helpful. When I went to collect and try the skirt the member of staff was so helpful and stayed with me while I tried on my skirt and made some excellent suggestions.

Was looking for a particular colour of tie. I couldn’t find it on the website so called and spoke to Louise who was extremely helpful and helped identify the colour I needed . Woukd have given 5+stars for customer service but only 4 as the colour on the website was not representative of tie colour , hence my difficulty in finding the tie

Quality product, easy ordering and receiving

They kept me updated on my order and made sure that I had provided all information correctly. Were able to deliver my kilt on short notice and did a fantastic job with it.

Great quality, speedy service

I was disappointed that the samples were smaller than I expected and of varying sizes. Rather expensive for what they are!
