Wonderful customer service!
I was having issues ordering a maxi skirt and emailed the company. John (no last name was given) worked with me to figure out how to get what I wanted, up to the point of saying "order this item at the longest length option and let me know when the order is confirmed. Then, I'll go into the system and change the length to "x". I got the skirt yesterday and it is EXACTLY what I wanted--the perfect length to provide some cool air on my legs in our hot New Mexico summers (our temperatures can easily reach 100 degree Fahrenheit). Thank you so very much John!

The scarf that has been purchased is a silk viscose velvet scarf, which can be very different in feeling to our Lambswool and Cashmere offerings. However we certainly don't want you to feel disappointed with your purchase.
If you're able to return the item back to the address provided, which is listed on the dispatch note within parcel, with a small note inside advising our dispatch team why the item is being returned. Then a full refund will be issued by ourselves.
