This company is 100% scam. Please do not get sucked in by the cheap prices as I did. Bogus Email, ordered from them a month ago still have not received merchandise and received a bogus confirmation of delivery numerous emails has been sent out which comes back sayn server not connecting please stir clear of this Company. They are all over social media so spread the word to family and friends even your ENEMIES,
still waiting to hear form them. Order show it was shipped that was 2 months ago. Their number and email is bogus. STAY AWAY
This Company pretended to be official sellers of Bankrupt stock of well known UK Ladies store. It turned out to be a scam. I was able to get my money refunded as I had used PayPal, but like other reviewers of this Company, I too received false tracking information which stated that my goods had been delivered. Unlike genuine tracking information, no details of the Courier Company were included. A Scam from start to finish. My advise is steer well clear of YUE JIAN ENTERPRISES. 100% SCAMMERS

I paid by pay pal to, YUE JIAN ENTERPRISE CO., LIMITED, the send a tracking number by china post. It said delivered and they never deliver anything.
This guys are a scam. Don’t NOT use them. We ordered stuff from them and it’s says delivered but you don’t get your item. DO NOT use!!

Please do not waste your money. The website is fake and there is only an email customer"@" kirstave.com which is not even a valid email.
I placed my order on Feb 17th 2025 and spend around 67$, after 21 days it shows delivered but that is lie and a fake delivery notice. NO picture or proof of delivery.

I'm absolutely furious.
I placed my 1st order on 21st Feb 2025.and paid £10 for fast delivery. 13 days later my flowers still haven't arrived. However I've now recieved an email saying theyve been delivered, theres no tracking facility on the email, and when I go onto the delivery company website, all it says is delivered, not even a proof of delivery photo. The only way to contact Kirstave is by email - they've failed to reply to all 3 of my emails. I've now found out the company is based in Hong Kong, and is registered under the name HONG KONG HECHANG LIMITED Google confirms there's numerous companies listed with this name, so it's impossible to contact them. So I think this is a scam company. So don't waste your money on them, like I have.
