I’ve bought a few items from Kirstie Le Marque and I absolutely adore them. They have been helpful in replacing a moon I lost when my earring came undone - I also think the postage fee could be considered, especially for loyal customers

Ordered the turquoise beads which are lovely but more unto a green shade than the rest of my turquoise jewellery.
I have bought a lot from this site and the one thing I am not that happy about is having to pay postage every time I make an order. The jewellery is not cheap so I think they should consider free postage when spending over a certain amount.

The item I was sent was different to that on website, contacted them and they acknowledged the website showed an older style. They said they would refund in full once returned back to them (at my own expense). They eventually acknowledged receipt of returned item after several days of e-mails, and promised refund that day...no refund! I continued to contact them, again, saying they would sort it that day...no refund! Fortunately I paid by PayPal, opened a dispute, and PayPal refunded me. Still out of pocket for my return costs. Poor quality items, terrible customer service. Celebrity endorsers should be ashamed!!!

I lost an earring which was out of stock. The team went above and beyond to locate one that was in their workshop. I couldn’t be more grateful, thank you.

I have three pieces of KLM and I adore them all! I had to have a necklace repaired (my fault) and it was fixed so so quickly. Excellent jewellery and excellent customer service.

Terrible customer service. Don’t respond to e-mails. All about the influencer (so boring) and not about the customer who actually spends their money with Kirstie Le Marque. Sort yourself out!!
