The straps were genuine and good. The feeling of having the original straps to a watch is bliss.customer support was good, they provided the tracking number as mentioned.

I'm still waiting for an order 4117125 through kish.nl after a month. They excuse me by saying there's an error in the address, hence the delay. However, there's no error. I simply put the street name along with the house number. I've been shopping this way for over 20 years and I've worked for Deutsche Post. I know how shipping works. Kish violates all EU consumer laws and I plan to report it.

Replacement band for a Citizen promaster. The item arrived fast and as described. The price was fair and the quality superb.

My watch was sent the next day after ordering late evening and arrived the following day. The packaging could not have been better. the watch was absolutely perfect! I could not have asked for better service or a higher quality watch for the price. Kish has become my first place to look for watches.
Nothing But Lies
This company lies to their customers. I make a purchase from them and waited and waited for shipping info. It never came, I emailed them and they said it was on back order for 30 days. I requested a refund and they said my money would be refunded in 14 days or sooner, it never came. I contacted PayPal and they have never responded to that either.

Unprofessional and unresponsive team
They're unprofessional, unresponsive and a team of thieves trying to steal money from you, literally violating EU policies. Only buy from them if you're willing to take financial risks. My full story is below, proof of e-mails and PayPal case details are available upon request.
- Asked availability of a Citizen watch strap via their contact form.
- They replied it will be back in stock from 2nd week of September. Let me add that on their website, the delivery time for this strap was 10 days, not 2 weeks.
- So I placed an order on 18th of September in a hope that it's available as 18th is well after 2nd week of September.
- After I placed my order I did not receive any order confirmation, no e-mails, no phone call, nothing.
- After 10 days on 27th of September I asked about the status of my order.
- They replied that delivery time is 30 days as mentioned on the website.
- It means that they changed the 10 days delivery time AFTER my e-mail to 30 days (!!!).
- They remained totally silent for the following 20 days.
- After 30 days I asked again about the status of my order.
- They did not reply, so I had to send them a new e-mail.
- Thy replied that my genuine Citizen watch strap is still in the collection and is being remanufactured by Casio Europe (!!!). Casio has nothing to do with my Citizen watch strap...
- This was such an unprofessional response, that on 18th of October I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund.
- On 19th of October I received a partial refund, not a full one (!!!)
- So I opened a case in PayPal's Resolution Center on 20th of October that I would like to get my full money back.
- Of course they did not respond, not even to PayPal
- So I escalated the case in Resolution Center on 26th of October
- On today, 30th of October, PayPal decided in my favor so hopefully I will get my money back
I've never encountered such negative customer experience and I would strongly advise againts buying anything from them. If you have any issues, they're not responsing, they're not reachable and with a partual refund they're literally stealing money from you, not to mention the violation of EU policies. I had to take many efforts and time to get my case resolved thanks to PayPal. If I had paid by credit card, I could still run for my money.
Couldn’t be simpler to order
It was simple to find what I was looking for on the website. Easy to order and pay too. I didn’t get an order confirmation but importantly I did receive exactly what I wanted in a secure packaging along with tracking details. I’ll be happy to recommend to my friends and colleagues too.
Terrible Shopping Experience
I feel compelled to share my nightmarish experience with Kish.nl to warn others about their questionable practices. My recent order with them (Order Number: 4089669) has been a complete disaster, and it's evident that something is amiss with this webshop.
Firstly, I ordered the CASIO COLLECTION MRW-200H-1EVEF, but to my dismay, I received the different watch with different code instead. This is not a trivial mistake, as I specifically chose the model I wanted. Kish.nl's response to this discrepancy was evasive and unhelpful, to say the least.
Secondly, the packaging and delivery were shockingly subpar. Instead of the promised original packaging, my watch arrived in a loose plastic bag, with no accompanying documentation or user manual. It raises doubts about the authenticity and condition of the product.
But what truly sets Kish.nl apart in all the wrong ways is their customer service. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. They've failed to take responsibility for their mistakes, and their responses have been dismissive and uncooperative.
To add insult to injury, they refused to cover the return shipping costs, despite their errors. This has left me with not only the wrong product but also additional expenses due to their incompetence.
I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Kish.nl. Their actions speak louder than their claims of being a reputable store. Save yourself the frustration and hassle by choosing a more reliable and customer-focused retailer for your purchases.
In summary, Kish.nl's blunders, poor customer service, and refusal to rectify their mistakes make them a prime example of what an online shopping nightmare can be. My advice: Avoid Kish.nl at all costs.
