I have ordered from Kiskissing numerous times using both their drop shipping services and placing bulk orders, and I have always received high quality items on time.
Their customer service department is very impressive and I have had a great experience communicating with Violetta and Yvonne!
If I ever run into any issues with my order they are always there to rectify the problem in a timely manner.

I'm happy with the product I've purchased and will continue to buy more. Have had a very pleasant, professional experience with Yvonne and the team. Her communication and customer service is fantastic and if there are any issues she has been able to sort it out. The tag customisation process is easy and prompt. Product arrives faster than you expect and well packaged for international shipping. Payment via bank deposit is secure so I highly recommend this method. Overall a great experience so far! :)

I’ve given one review already because the customer service was good until they got my money and didn’t ship my order!!! Of course payment wouldn’t work through the website so I had to wait and get an invoice through PayPal. No big deal, it can be tracked so whatever. Over a week later my payment has been confirmed and they’re still saying they haven’t gotten money from me. I have sent three screenshots showing that PayPal sent them my money and the money came out of my back account. What a scam!!!! I needed these clothes by a certain date and checked to make sure I would get them by that date before purchasing. They assured me I would, now it’s 3 days before I need them and they haven’t even shipped from China. I am beyond pissed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wasted almost $1,000 and got no product. I can not believe these scammers! I found this amazing company called Mommbaby that got my order processed and shipped out in 3 days!!! It also arrives in just 4 days!!! Can not believe how quick they are, go check them out.

I thoroughly viewed all the communication records between you and our workers. You are a new customer at kiskissing, I want to express our thankfulness for your support.
I saw you made the payment $968.41 from your bank to our PayPal on Oct 21, but we did not receive the payment at that time, and we e-mailed you that fact when we noticed it.
After we contacted PayPal, they told us your payment was sent via the e-check way. An eCheque is an electronic funds transfer from your bank account to our PayPal account. It's like writing a check, but it is sent electronically. Once PayPal has sent the request to your bank and they release the funds, it still needs to go through the clearing process which takes 6-12 days Business days.
That is why your payment took so long to reach us.
According to company policy, we must receive the payment before we start to process the order. Considering you are new, and you are in a rush for items, we made an exception and started to prepare your order when we leaned you were in a hurry.
We also worked overtime on weekends to process your order and check the payment status with the PayPal manager.
We did our best to prepare your order.
After the order was packed well, we found the payment had still not reached us. We informed you that by e-mail and wanted you to check with your bank and PayPal to know what is the clearing date for the payment. We sincerely hoped we could have received your payment quickly, but when we could receive the payment was really out of our control. We never lie to our customers about the payment.
According to PayPal policy, we must ensure we receive the payment before shipment. We can not arrange the shipment when the payment has not reached us 😢
On Nov 1, our accountant confirmed we finally received the payment from you, so we arranged the shipment via FedEx right away.
We've sent the tracking number to your e-mail box. You can check the shipping updates by using the tracking number.
We are sorry that we did not meet your requirement this time, the payment took so long to get cleared.
We hope you can receive your package soon.
