i have been kept ordering from KISKISSING, both wholesale orders and dropship orders. Honestly speaking, i like their quality and so so cute designs. My wholesale orders always come within the time schedule. Just sometimes acccidently one or two dropship orders takes longer time if i choose the standard shipping way, but it is faster than Ali i think. I will mainly do wholesale orders using express shipping way in the future here.

AWFUL. I ordered some items. They took the money and never sent me my items. It is a totally scam. They have that my order was completed but I never receieved any emails stating a tracking number. When I tried to contact them, I got no response. Do not order from this site.

I'm not going to lie, but this is my honest review about kiskissing. First of all, they do have quality products. I love their products and how they package them so nicely. The customer service is nice, even tho sometime it takes them a while to respond. Their shipping process takes forever. I bought their product way before their holiday with the request to send them before the holiday, but it took them 1.5 weeks and they still didn't sent the products out until I remind them. When I bought products, it said it was in stocks and they always message you that they are out of stock a lot of the items after they already ship the items , so every time, i got some products that only available in 2 sizes because the rest of them is out of stock. It is hard to sell them when it is only available in 2 sizes?! I would very appreciate that if they actually asked me if I want them to be ship if some of the sizes is out of stock, but they actually never asked me at all. I'm not telling you that you shouldn't buy from them. I will still buy from them but it is just stressful to always have to remind them to ship the products and deal with the out of stock products.

we had read your review carefully and we take serious about the problem that you mentioned about out of stock.
KISKISSING has thousands of styles and we tried our best to keep stock for most of the items and try to repeat in short time. But there are some accidents that some styles might can not be back to stock in time.
1. The season shift. when the season is changing to another , some styles of last season might have low stock, and would not be produced in priority, so might be out of stock.
2. some styles sell well and the selling speed is faster than we planned, so the production is hard to be finished in schedule
3. some production delay because of fabric delay or holiday for the workers.
4. some styles might be stopped for repeat because the bulk fabric is not available anymore
5. some styles is out of stock temperately, but it will be back to stock in 7-10 days, if we wait, it would exceed the processing time that we agreed.
Above are only parts of the facts for the complication production. Presently, most of the items were available and it truly happens that a small part of the items you ordered were out of stock. KISKISSING is trying its best to provide our buyers with high fashion and qualified products. We not only need keeping producing old styles, but also need keeping developing new styles. Sometimes, it is also not easy for us.
But we know your points and we would try our best to keep close touch with you. As your request, if any items are out of stock, we would inform you in advance and try to find way out together.
Sorry for the 3 days' delay because of the China national holiday form 1st to 3rd Oct. Actually, the national holiday is legally for 7 days, but in order to ship the orders in time, KISKISSING team only has 3 days holiday and work hard until mid-night. But even we work like this, there are still some styles were not back to stock in time because some of our factories also left for holiday and delayed some production.
Except the holiday, KISKISSING promises that would ship the orders within 2-7 days processing time.

Great customer service!
I’ve had a great experience working with Kiskissing.com. The only thing that could be improved is processing time and shipping, but it’s not as long as other places overseas. My favorite thing (besides new items added daily) is the customer service. I’ve always been helped adequately and promptly, and they are very kind in answering my questions.
