AWFUL experience. All items received were DAMAGED while other items were cancelled without my knowledge. Customer service was little to no help..a waste of time and money.

Terrible product. When your order eventually comes after months of waiting it will be cheaply made. Don’t buy.

The quality of this product is awful! It is nothing like the pictures. Don't get sucked in by this scam. They have a lovely looking website but all their clothes are cheaply made in China. Even the fabric smells funny like chemicals. Also a lot of their reviews on this site appear to be bogus. Very disappointed as we spent AU150 dollars including shipping and I can't wear any of it. Please don't waste your money like I did!

An outright scam! Do not buy anything from this company.

The short version is: quality is very poor and you can't return items for a refund.

After months of constant adverts on Facebook and Instagram I decided to buy a set of overalls. Cost in GDP was £28 plus delivery, so not really that cheap to think maybe there is a lack of quality. I researched into the company before buying and saw many 'customers' on Instagram wearing the overalls and which looked nice enough. They obviously send then out for free and pay influencers to post about photos wearing them.

When I received the overalls they were so thin I would need to wear tights underneath to stop my skin showing through the fabric. Not exaggerating when I say the overalls when folded came in a bag no bigger than a pair of socks. So thin.

I emailed to ask to return them for a refund and they said I would need to pay for returns postage to Honolulu - not stated on their website anywhere. Which costs over £10 for a parcel which is absolutely tiny (since they are so thin)

Not sure how to get money back for them without this expensive returns fee under no clearly explained returns policy but looking into consumer rights for the UK.

I ordered 2 products a month ago. One of them they said they sent it 20 days ago, and they gave me a bogus tracking number. I haven’t heard anything about the 2nd product. Still waiting for both of them

Ok I'm a guy that bought my wife a Christmas present from these guys. Their return policy is a joke, items can only be returned if the item is damaged or has a fault. And you have to pay all shipping for any approved returns.Their one size fits all only works if you have a really small frame. Save your money and avoid this site!

Terrible company. This is one of those Chinese companies you read about on buzz feed or all of the parody sites. It’s a scam. Clothing is super cheap and hardly looks like the pictures. I mean SUPER cheap. It smells of odd chemicals. I received one shirt that was torn and had a missing button. And, I never received half of my order. They even gave me fake tracking numbers at one point.
Good luck talking to their customer service team. They try to overdue it with their scripted kindness (all written communication, no phone). They play up the language barrier to act as if they don’t understand. They’ll have you jumping through hoops to get a refund. Spoiler alert: I never did.
Really terrible and expensive lesson for me. Hopefully I can stop as many people as possible from making the same mistake. It really pisses me off when companies knowingly scam customers of their hard earned money.

Absolutely terrible.
Clothing quality very poor, cheap non functioning buckles, poorly sewn and simply cheap material. Nothing like the image on the website.

Took over 11weeks to arrive.... and no warning of this until after purchase.

Definitely do not recommend and will not be buying again from Kismet.

Terrible quality. Does not look like the picture.. cheap material. And takes months to deliver. Plus if you want a refund you pay for shipping which is more than the actual item.

Poor quality, smells like really cheap produced clothes.
Can't be handmade. Sizes do not fit at all.
Don't make the same misake trusting them.

Great product and customer service. This company ships from worldwide, yes, but it does an excellent job in all the work that they do. I highly recommend this and will use them again in the future without question.

I placed an order for 2 sweaters on the Kismet website and received an email from customer support the next day regarding the postal strike in Canada. Unfortunately they couldn’t give me an exact date for shipping to Canada, so offered a full refund of my order.

I don’t think I have ever received such a quick and supportive response from an online company as I have from Kismet. I truly appreciate their help and constant updates with my refund. I will be a returning customer of Kismet and can’t wait to receive future orders from the company!

They have never disappointment with anything. Price, product & quality are all always flawless, comfortable & adorable! I get countless compliments on my items from Kimset (all kinds of the items from; my wallet, pants, jumpsuits & shirts!!). There are still so many more products I am dying to purchase & will most definitely be visiting again :)

Customer service at Kismet Collections is top notch. I ordered an item that was the wrong size for me (twice!), and both times customer service responded quickly and efficiently to help get my issue resolved. Because of their amazing products and awesome customer support, I will be returning for many more purchases in the future! Thanks all! :)

I already like the clothes and the prices they’re listed for but the best thing about Kizmet Collections is their customer service! Hands down super helpful and kind to interact with. I’ll keep coming back because I know if I’m ever unhappy with an order they’ll bend over backward to make things right. Order with confidence!

In my first order, I purchased a dress and an overall. I received the dress all right (not exactly as pictured, but ok), but the wrong overall (a huge baggy thing I still don't know what to do with). I had to prove with screenshots what I'd really ordered, but the agent that attended my case was very kind and attentive (thanks, Abigail!). Finally, they agreed to send me the correct overall free of charge. I received it today and it is very comfy and cute! It took some time and work on my part but now I have what I wanted.

I ordered an item which didn't fit at all because it was way too big for me so I sent an email to the customer service. They answered really fast, got me a refund of the half of the prise while I kept the item and the support was really great. Sometimes the things you order might not like you imagine them to be but I can say that I really like the people over there because they really try to help the customers until all around are happy :) I think I'll order something again. Cheers

I ordered 4 different items and I'm severely disappointed in all of them. The fabric is VERY cheap and doesn't look anything like the picture. I've tried reaching out to them to get their mailing address to return the items and get refunded, but I keep getting the same automated message back asking if I would send them photos of the outfits so I can show them why I don't like them? Very weird, and I just want my money back. I would NOT recommend! Save your money!
