Kismet is great! I ordered two shirts and a jumper. The shirts worked out nicely, but the jumper did not. My process of getting refunded was smooth, easy, and I really appreciate Kismet working with me on getting a refund. I think, for the inexpensive price-point, the consumer should have realistic expectations and not be so demanding. Kismet had 5-star customer service!

just wow!! not only does this store have beautiful clothes for great prices but their staff are so sweet and always answer all my questions and keep me updated w the status of my purchases!!! definitely my #1 fav online clothing store!!

From the moment I placed my first order I have been thoroughly impressed with the customer service at Kismet Collections. My order was received in good timing. While I did need to return an item for a different size, the process was simple and communication was quick and easy. I love the Charlie Jumpsuit and Boho Shawl. Thank you Kismet Collections.

I love the Ava Cotton Overalls! These were true to size and I wear them all the time. Unfortunately, two other items I ordered were not true to size. However, Kismet was very accommodating and the refund process for the two items was simple and quick.

I purchased 3 items from Kismet for the first time a few weeks ago. They stated on the website before I made my purchase that shipping can take several weeks so keep that in mind when you make your purchases. So far, I have received two of my items and they look just as advertised and fit well. The overall shorts fit as described on the size chart but I decided I wanted them to fit looser, so I contacted customer service about exchanging for a size up. Their customer service is the best I've experienced from a company in a while. I explained the situation and inquired about an exchange. Kismet was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

Just received my sweater from kismet. The item took almost two months to arrive. The item was very different from the image on the site. The size was completely off as well. I wouldn’t buy from here again. Not worth it even with the cheap price.

Buyer beware on this company. It took a month to receive my order. One of the items was wrong, and the other was missing a buckle to the overalls. Now I am dealing with attempting to return the wrong item and they are requiring specific descriptions, photographs, etc. I've decided it's not worth it and will eat the money. Just had to let others know it's just not worth the hassle.

I LOVE my new Ava overalls! I originally saw a friend of mine wearing hers at work one day and immediately asked where she got them and I jumped on the website later that evening. The overalls fit me perfectly, which I truly did not expect as I am kind of little at a whopping 5'1" and 120 lbs. Most items are too long on me but these were wonderful, no hemming necessary (I got a small by the way).

The site does say that shipping takes time so I knew to expect that, which is totally fine by me. I had a few questions after I placed my order and every time I sent an email, a representative got back to me within 24 hours with kindness and grace.

I would like to make clear I am very much a happy customer, not affiliated with the company whatsoever and I would totally recommend this site to anyone looking for some cute comfy clothing or unique accessories. Yay! Thanks Kismet!

I purchased short overalls which arrived late last night. Very poorly made with very cheap material. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Wouldn’t purchase anything from there again!

Recieved my piece yesterday (shipping took a while but I was expecting that it would). I ordered an overall short, color was right but fitting was awful. The piece was cheaply made and had loose string and stiches. Very disapointed.... Price VS. Quality = Awful. Will not buy again.

I love the eco-friendly vision this company has and the prices are reasonable. The shipping takes some time, however the wait is worth it! And it was such a nice surprise when my clothing did come in.

I bought a pair of overalls that match exactly how the company advertises them. It was what I expected. I will be shopping with this website in the future.

Really bad quality, ill fitting. Got the wrong colour for a top which also claimed to be 100% cotton, it has no cotton in it at all!
I’m pretty sure any positive review on here is just from an owner/operater from the company. I stupidly did not read the online reviews before buying. I don’t usually shop online and as a result of this company I never will again. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered a pair of overalls--took 6 weeks to come because they originally sent them to the wrong country. By the time they arrived it was too cold for me to wear them. Their customer service team was very prompt, and were apologetic and friendly in all their responses, but still, there was nothing they could do to expedite the six week wait.

When the overalls finally did arrive, they did not look like the online photo. The fabric looks cheap and flimsy, the color is faded and uneven. The product is cheaply made and unflattering.

It is not worth buying from Kismet--their clothes look adorable online, but the actual product is cheap and inconsistent quality.

made in and shipped from China, terrible, poor quality fabric, sizing very small, totally a scam. do not believe the positive reviews, or how they present themselves online. this store and their products are NOT LEGIT.

KismetCollections and their team member, Karel, were so helpful, accommodating, and responsive! I will recommend them to all my friends and family and be ordering from them again soon. The communication and shipping time is super fast as well!

Buyer beware. Complete junk. So disappointed. Straight sweatshop. Not “conscious” or artisan in the least. Hate to say it but no good vibes here. And no returns, so buy at your own risk. Strange smell on clothes and the lowest quality of fabrics and horrible fit. Shipping takes a long time because it’s direct from different Chinese warehouses.

absolute crap! not worth the money! spent $120 and every item received was crap! poor construction, poor quality! PACKAGING was of course great, because you can only return items if they were damaged in shipping! my daughter loved the website and wanted birthday items. I was stupid enough not to realize it was being shipped from out of the county! crap! never again will I buy from out of the country!
and it took forever to arrive!

I live in South Africa and we often have trouble with our postal service, so I was very concerned when my package hadn't arrived and I couldn't track it.

I contacted Kismet and a lady named Kristia responded to me on the very same day! She provided me not only with a tracking number, but also linked me directly to the tracking site for my package in particular. The response was not only swift, but also very sweet and understanding which made me feel more valued and at ease.

I am amazing at the quality of service and the clothes are very cute and decently priced. I will definitely be returning!
