Returning the item? I think not.
If you wan't to return an item, it's not free of charge like most shops. You pay 50dkk. So buying something small like me (200dkk de buyer pan) you are facing the fact that it stays. 1 star down because I think returns on goods bought on internet should always be free. For everybody.

Im very sorry for this 1 star review, we are working very hard on our prices, so everything is good for everybody.
We dont have the possibility to have free return, and still have some of the best prices online.
The first 39 kr. for the delivery will be refunded to you, so you only pay 49 kr. one time.
The package has to be send to sweden, so the 49 kr. is the best we can do, so it doesn't get to expensive for the costumers.
But im sorry we dont live up to your hopes. I hope i can be possible at some point in the future.

Expected delivery 13 months after order was placed…
We ordered a KitchenAid on Kitchen One in November 2020 and we still haven’t received it (August 2021). The delivery date is postponed constantly and they are not proactively updating us on the delivery date. Initially the delivery was scheduled for 1 week after the order was placed (November 2020) then postponed to March 2021, then June, then July and now… December 2021. 13 months after the order was placed. They are not willing to do any commercial gesture and are unable to get a reply from their supplier as to when the item will be available again. Do not sell something if you are unable to actually deliver it...

I am very sorry for this experience. There is nothing we would rather than delivering products.
I can't find any orders based on your Trustpilot name, which makes it hard for me to know what happened, and check if the product was in stock when you ordered, or if it was a pre-order with an estimate from KitchenAid. Please note that the payment is never captured before shipping, and you can cancel the purchase at any time. But as long as the delivery time is uncertain and the product is not available anywhere, we usually don't compensate extra, as we need know 100 % if we can deliver or not.
