very good experience
I had a very good experience with KiteWorld. The kite arrived exactly as ordered — correct size and color, and in brand new condition. It was carefully packaged and everything was in perfect shape.
Shipping from Italy to Germany took a little longer than expected, but considering the season this is understandable and not really an issue.
The price was very attractive compared to other shops, which makes the purchase even better. Because everything went smoothly, I didn’t have to contact customer service, so I can’t comment on that.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely buy from KiteWorld again. Full marks from me.
