Great product, great service, great standards
KitTags were great! The product was received in the timeframe they laid out and good communication from them - including flexibility around how to pay. I realised that I had been sent a slightly different product to what I ordered (2x mini KitTags received, instead of one large one small) and when I picked this up with Giles, he had already spotted it and had a full correct order in the post to me - way more generous than the refund I would have happily taken and a reflection of the high standards the company holds itself to.
This is also reflected in the products - great quality that I expect to last for a long time. They look fantastic and are obviously robust. I personally find the 'mini' size really practical for rucksacks etc, but the full size will be perfect for picking a kit bag out of a pile of similar ones in deployment teams etc.
Very happy with both product and service -thanks KitTags!

Brilliant product
I bought some of these Tags for my son years ago, as he was going to go travelling. He told me that they had been so helpful in immediately identifying his bags, luggage etc from others.
He had mentioned recently that he wished that he had more of them. I happened to mention that to a leather goods shop owner who actually knew who made them - fantastic. I contacted Kittags and now have the Tags here, ready to be given as a Christmas gift. They are really very well made and the bright colours help to make the person's initials stand out. They are extremely durable; our son still has his, and have a good size attaching clip: good for larger fingers! An excellent product, reasonably priced and well worth every penny.
