Amazing Work,

The hand work and the finishing of the shoes was so well done, also the kind follow up on the slight delay was above board customer service up until the deliver. You have a customer here, do keep it up.

Complained, promised to send then failed to arrive...

Ordered on 29th November, delayed, then the company reached out to sort the issue out. Great products and nice to know if there are problems, the management sorts them out. New Edit, the company reached out very quickly when I left a one star review, promised the goods again by Christmas....and AGAIN failed. Lovely products, but need to sort out their delivery to prevent very unhappy customers

We had really tried to get your order delivered in time for Christmas but the courier company we were using had some issues and did not manage to deliver it in time. We really followed it up closely, but this was just not something in our control and we do apologise for this. Order delivery commitment is not what it is.

Order delivery commitment says 3-5 working days. I got mine after 7 days.

Up to 30% discounts were announced just after I placed my order. Ideally I should have cancelled my order and replaced it to avail of the discount. But I did not do this thinking that Kitu Kali would be gracious enough to apply them as a gesture of good will. Unfortunately this was not so. I paid full price.

Not a happy repeat customer. This has been my third order with Kitu Kali.

Improvable

So beautiful shoes, but a bit hard material and the wide alittle bit tight. I hope the material will expand a little bit with the use.
Also, I had to pay customs :( but the shopping experience, the shipment tracking, etc, was great.

Excellent product & great customer service

Great service...they really care about their customer satisfaction. the product quality is good just that it didnt fit the the person i purchased it for and so i have requested for it to be replaced. keep up the good work and will definitely order again.
