If I could give this “company” 0 stars I genuinely would. I ordered an item from their website as a birthday present for my dad and not only did it not arrive on time I received the completely wrong item.. I tried to get a refund but they refused even though I sent proof of what I ordered and what I received. Then after much convincing they said I can send the item back and they will “decide whether or not I deserve a refund” depending on the condition of the item. This was back in AUGUST! It’s now DECEMBER and I still received nothing… I have followed up NUMEROUS times only to be told every single time that they “haven’t received my package yet” so can’t do anything. Now just a reminder I sent the package back in AUGUST it is now DECEMBER. The person/persons responding to the email were completely unhelpful. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, it’s a scam.. genuinely never ever had such a negative experience with a “business” before. Really disappointed

Jumper came, looked incredible, came as a size XL and I ordered an M, had the audacity to ask me to pay for shipping to receive the correct size, which was fault on there end. Next time I will be likely taking a gamble if I’ll be ordering from them possibly again.

The item I ordered was no longer in stock so they decided to send me a different hoodie that was completely different from what I had ordered. When I reached out to return they said I had to pay shipping to return it even after acknowledging they sent the wrong product. Like huh ? Or I could keep the ugly shirt and get a $18 credit How about if you don’t have the item I ordered just inform me. If you take it upon yourself to send a different item, the customer should not be on the hook for the cost to return something they didn’t order and do not want. What a scam. Don’t order from this site

They haven’t replied to my fkn emails at all and I have been waiting for the stuff I ordered for almost a week now and it says it hasn’t even been shipped yet on my order status. Absolute bs and I was even looking forward to receiving the hoodies and shirts I ordered. All $184 worth of it. Absolutely livid that I’m not even getting a reply to my concerns on their customer service. Can’t even call them because their phone number decided to be an mla formatted essay. Do better

My items were on point I love them quality is more then I expected, style is banging and so comfortable for me to wear and purchase was good time frame

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven't got my items.when I email them they give me a rubbish reply.They even sent my items to the wrong delivery address when they said they already corrected it this is bs scammers.And I'm from nz

I ordered 7 days ago and my order is still awaiting shipment yet the shipping cost me $27. It is now the weekend so I have ages to wait! Never ordering again.

The hoodie is such good quality. It’s quite thick and it’s very comfortable to wear. Arrival time took about 1 week which wasn’t bad at all

The clothing is made out of high quality fabric, the sizing charts are exactly as they should be and if something is wrong the company backs their product

I ordered 2 shirts and one of the shirts i recieved was completely wrong model. I have emailed them about this and got no answer
