I can't get the game's the service to fix my base, Agency, Chat options with friends, internet connection (it breaks and shows a white screen), I have full fibre the internet conection, I live in the EU and it's impossible to play this game. Ticket, Ticket, Ticket and nothing, game still not fix

Kixeye allow 12 year old to play war commander ,the 12 year old posts profanities that an adult would not .
The game name is coyote and id 5588381. surely a duty of care towards this young person should be forthcoming and removed from an adult environment .

I wish I could give this company a negative score. This is the poorest customer service you will ever experience 9 days waiting for support from them regarding their broken game. You cannot create new accounts and if you report it they don't fix it. Honestly the poorest managed peice of shit company on the planet. The entire player base hate the company for their lack of support etc etc. Honestly I cannot write enough bad things about this company - Pray that you never ever cross paths with them in your life!

Rife w/ cheaters, game is just all about $$.

I play War Commander Rogue Assault. KIXEYE can't seem to control the hackers or just don't want to. The offense and defense is completely out of wack. I've upgrades several of the game features that don't work the way its supposed to work. There is an official discord server and we're giving instructions about the game. Klutch told us all to write to customer service to get our resources that have confirmed hackers. There is this instant win hack and it's been used against me several times. Lost tons of resources to these hackers. It's gotten so bad that I've not renewed my subscription.

I don't recomand to play any of theyr games, Pay to Play is there system. Even if you pay for a unit they will nerf it, if you pay for something else they gonna set it to zero.
They go until they force you to pay.

Poor customer support and so on.

Shortly invest your money somewhere else, theyr games doesn't worth.

I have never granted anyone else access to my account.
This is against my rule because you then provide multiple access points.
Once again it is very easy for you to say that a player is responsible for his account.
However, there were or are many leaks.
which is very rude that you also see that I have invested a lot of money in this game in the past while there were many glitches.
This is a form of not providing proper protection to players and a certain form of theft or internet crime.
you say again...the player needs to be punished and the hacker did a good job.
I increasingly suspect that you know more about it but tolerate this.
think for a moment about the fact that a player spends money on a game and then has to use tools willingly??
is that really the case?
So first I invest in a game and then have to set up tools, codes or the like at great risk of losing everything?
but it is good.
I am going to work on you because I am sure that many people are or have been victims of this.
the game was nice but your policies and service are of very poor quality.
not professional but far from amateur.
I am therefore submitting a complaint to you.

do you still maintain this position?
then I will also sue you on the basis of privacy law... my data and that of others who have been banned by you should have been deleted in accordance with all guidelines.
1 too little protection for us as players.
2 privacy violation
3 accept money from players who want to invest and have nothing in return.
4 You had hosted this game on Facebook, which also appears to be very sensitive when it comes to hacking.
I would rather have all my money back that I put into this beautiful game and then say goodbye to you forever.

This company and the game War Commander is the worst game-developer ever with the worst customer support ever. You first have to pay atleast $50 to use their poor services and advices. I never got a answer that helped me. It were standardized answers. Useless and a looking like complete tards. Its a free game for God sake. They are supporting cheaters, their fair game policy is a joke and their poor development team aswel as their performance is the worst ive ever seen.

In the past they never did something about cheaters. They let honest people pay to compete against cheaters. If you reported the cheaters, they never got a permantly bann. These cheaters were clever. They paid and cheated so Kixeye and their pathetic fair play team let the player(s) play. Aslong as Kixeye got their money. Thats why they are rigged and scammers.

The 2nd thing is a alliance called _TWAT_. They disrespected players that were deceased and said terrible things about them and their family. This alliance also made racial jokes and were insulting religions. They were never banned. And this company is incouraging by not banning these kind of sick players. Till today they are still among us and doing their filthy stuff. Is this a company that deserve any form of respect? What if the deceased player spended (a lot of money) and this is your gratitude. Its a disgrace! If you would stand up agianst these scumbags, they would approach you via social medai, like Facebook. And still Kixeye did nothing because maybe it was one of their moderators or something.

3rd, if people are coining in events and get new stuff, these units a
will be useless or nerfed within a copple of months. Players just spended money and Kixeye decides to make them useless. Players might aswell throw their money in a recycle bin, cause it has the same effect. Nothing. Than having the audacity to give a special offer to players to buy this useless crap. Even till today units from several years ago are being offered for money. These new players will buy them and cant do nothing with it because the units are USELESS. That is plain scamming!

I would recommend people not to buy gold. Its just a waste. Dont tell other people about this game (War Commander). Its like this game is developed in the early 80's. But no, it has been around for 13 o r 14 years. You would think, well probably developed in a 3rd world company. No lol, its the USA. What a disgrace. I also want to suggest to Kixeye to change their name into a more suitable one.......Kixeye becomes Dickseye. Its based on their lack of competence and their scamming. Rigged as you know what. Just a company that deserves bankruptcy. The sooner the better.

I've reported numerous times to support about a couple players that are constantly hitting my base in Vega Conflict to no end. Preventing me from ever playing any missions/events. Nothing is ever done. If you buy coins heavily, they won't do a damn thing to you. They cater to the coiners instead of their other non coining players. I have an active ticket that still hasn't been taken care of.

That (was) fun till they ruined the game by adding new stuff to the game without thinking about the balance of the game.

In regards to the missing gold described in your other ticket, I do see that you used 383 gold to complete the final purchase from the recent Event Store, as you did not have sufficient XP to cover the items purchased. In this instance, you would have been 383,000 XP short of what was needed.

I bought Omega Siege Squadron on game War commander but i received simple Siege Squadron.
Im asking for refound because on description before payment is shown Omega Siege Squadron but after i bought - in Aircaft Hangar is shown simple Siege Squadron.
I contacted KIXEYE representative and they say "I do understand the confusion here, but this is how our offers have always worked. If you wish to return the offer, I can do that for you, but please be aware that charging back the purchase will leave unpaid-for content on your account. This may result in action being taken against your account."

My answer was: "The only accepted solution can be is you to bring in my account the OMEGA Siege Squadron for what i have paid, or bring me back the money what i have paid. Leave unpaid-for content on my account is not acceptable because i have paid exactly as much as the price was. By rejecting my payment will leave unpaid-for content on my account, then i need to pay again for what i have not received?! NO !!!"

This is SCAM and Fishing company.
