Would highly recommend KK Catering. The feedback from our workforce was all positive. The options on the Street Food menu had something for everyone. Will have no hesitation in recommending KK Catering (& Scott) to friends and colleagues.

Gave them the final information 7 days before wedding like they ask for. They couldn't move my booking by 1hr originally booked for 3:30-5:30 asked to move to 4:30-6:30. I was told they had another booking straight after so couldn't cater the 1hr change. What they fail to mention in any of their information they need a 3hr set up time before serving. Which begs the question if they had a booking after mine and require 3hrs to set up what time was the other booking eating? They failed to reply to any of my concerns over this for 4 days I had to send another email stating that obviously down to their lack of communication they obviously weren't going to honour the booking. That's when the MD decided to email me instead asking to speak to me 4 days before my wedding, I couldn't speak to him on that day as I was at a family funeral. Spoke the next day and managed to get my deposit back. Went with a local catering company who where fantastic even if more expensive. Mother in law tried to complain on the phone to only be told it was me that cancelled the booking where in all honesty they will just ignore you until you have no option but to cancel. They will also delete negative reviews off Google.If you want a company that is shocking in finalising details or contacting you then go for these guys. If you want a stress free experience go for someone else.

Really helpful in advising what I might need, the food was really good and filled everyone up, the staff were great.

We had KK catering at our wedding on the 21.09.2024 the service was so good and everyone complimented the food. The staff were so friendly and approachable too. Anyone looking for something informal relaxed and really tasty food KK catering is a must x

They cancelled my wedding catering but have still not released my refund.
They are now ignoring all emails and have deleted negative reviews from Google, after replying that my refund would be released immediately!

I would recommend KK catering to anyone who wants Gyros as this evening wedding food. EVERYONE said how amazing the Gyros were and how lovely the 2 gentlemen were. We would highly recommend them and would use them again for any party or event.

Had them booked for our wedding on the 14th September, we had a DIY wedding in a field and can’t recommend them enough. We had guests complimenting the food all evening.
The smoking wheels BBQ was a hit! Plenty of food for the guests! Alex was brilliant on the day, can’t thank you enough and very accommodating!!
We especially appreciated the load back, informal approach to wedding catering it put a lot of our guests at ease. Everyone was served plenty of food.

Highly recommend KK Catering for any event! Such friendly people who are more than accommodating, we used them for a home event and they made every pizza just as our guests wanted. All our guests walked away happy and everyone complimented them! They joined in with us and nothing was too much! Pizzas and the appetisers were amazing! All food came out hot and there was a lot of it! They truly went above and beyond to make our event special, thank you again!

Sadly very disappointed.

I had originally booked with KK catering for my wedding next year and unfortunately they had to cancel due to location. I was gutted but understood this. I was informed I would have a refund and a small amount of compensation which I gratefully accepted. However I have been chasing this refund for over two weeks now and despite some errors amended a week ago, I still have not recieved my money back. I have made attempts on phone call and email to several personnel within this company.

I really truly am devastated to be begging for my own money back which was promised weeks ago.

Very easy to deal with and turned up fully equipped for our event.
There was constant updates all the way through the booking and confirmation process.
Michael and Lewis were great when they arrived at our venue. Really helpful and the food was great/ went down well with all the staff on site.
We will defiantly use KK again for our event next year.

A fantastic service and experience from original booking , found after reading great reviews, to excellent communication, throughout. Scott and Emma could not have been more pleasant and helpful, and every guest at our private garden party, bar none,thought the food was fantastic!!! It was a real hit, and I highly recommend this company for any event.

We used KK Catering for a company event on 18th July in Leek and we hired the pizza van service. The two men who showed up, Terry and Mike, were the nicest people we could have asked for to supply food at the event. No ask was too much for them and the food was fantastic. Everyone who attended the event had a great time and loved the food. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone thinking about hiring a food van. Top marks :)

Rick and Scott did an amazing job catering for over 120 of us, in the middle of a campsite! Every single person on our pitch loved the burgers and fries they cooked! Would absolutely recommend! Thanks Rick and Scott!

Wow , what can I say ...had the fish and chip menu for my party on Friday...it was gorgeous, everyone enjoyed it so much , Micheal and Terry made sure everything ran smoothly and where so professional. Need to have another party with you guys soon. Thankyou so much Lou

Rick and Pete were great. Well organised, arrived in plenty of time, and Greek food was epic. Lots of options for all, kebabs were delicious.
Excellent communication when booking and in the run up to the event.

Initial contact with this company was good - it was easy to book and the emails were flying. We had dietary requirements for people during our event that was very clearly noted in our booking but when the food truck arrived they had no clue about this so we were left without food for some of our guests. I had to call the office twice to try and get this matter resolved - no-one had the courtesy to call me back despite the error not being ours. I was asked to put my complaint in writing and was told on 17.05 I would receive feedback after further investigation. I am still waiting. Office staff were certainly very vocal when they were making sure our invoice was paid! I would not recommend this company for any special event as your guests may well end up hungry or worse still allergy advice not being followed so be warned!!! Customer service is seriously lacking here. Its a shame as the lads who served us were great.

Arrived in good time and very friendly and helpful. Fish and chips were good, especially nice chips! Ice creams were lovely and we think a good company to deal with, especially as the did a one off gluten free portion at short notice.
