Very bad experience with kkday.
Make purchase on a tour and 2days later, kkday feedback that they have to increase the price after payment was make.
Totally unacceptable and not professional as service provider.
Pls. Do not fall under same trap with kkday.

However, I have been in contact with your customer service, after few days of waiting, the customer service feedback that they are sorry about the incident but they still have to charge me more if I would like to continue the booking.
Apparently there is no solution will be offer.
That's such a disappointment with your service.

I attended KKday trips for a couple of times. Tour guides are experienced and routes are well organised. By the way, KKday’s pricing is reasonable and affordable.

My wife and I are freelancers who travel all over Asia (and the world). We always check KKDay anytime we are planning the next trip, to see what deals we can get. Anything from local SIM cards and portions WiFi, to bus and train tickets, and exciting tours and experiences. We’ve used KKday fro trips to Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong and also in our local country (Australia). A great be for I is being able to pay with credit card or Apple Pay, so we never have to worry about handling local currency (cash). Super smooth and easy experience every time, everywhere. Can’t live (should day travel) without it!

I booked KKday for Taipei Wu Lao Guo steamboat for 2 person. It's Hassel free and very user friendly app. Just show the staff with the mobile voucher. I love to use KKday when travel overseas. I will continue to use this app when i travel.

Great prices, awesome experience

Do NOT use this company if you care for the safety of your children.
We booked a transfer from Niseko to Chitose airport (about a 2 hour journey). The car turned up without a car seat despite having one confirmed on the booking email and voucher. After spending over 30 minutes trying to communicate with the driver (who spoke zero English) and the head office, we were told we had no choice but to go in the car without the car seat, or miss our flights (despite it being illegal for young children to travel without a car seat in Japan). Our child was 14 months old at the time.

In the end, we had no choice but to travel without a car seat for 2/3 of the trip, at which point we were met by one of their employees with a car seat. On our return home, we tried to contact KKday to get a refund for the stress and inconvenience caused. After numerous emails and several instances of suggesting we were not telling the truth, we have given up trying. An absolutely horrendous company to deal with more interested in money than the safety and legal passage of their passengers.
AVOID.

We had booked the full package for Chiang Rai (Temples, long neck and Golden triangle - boat ride in Mekong + visit to Laos Market).
Because of the corona virus we could not go into Laos, so kkday ofered a small refund which we accepted.
We were picked up at the given time by a van of another tour company (hired by kkday).
Everything went normal until the boat part. The guide said kkday did not inform the company that we had boat tour, so, if we wanted it, we had to pay again for the boat tour that was included in the package.
We explained to the guide and showed the info of our package. He called HQ but still we had to pay for the boat ride.
Because of this, we asked for a receipt to get a refund from kkday.
Now kkday does not assume this because of the small refund made in respect of the Laos cancelation.
All and all it was an headache and we paid more just not to miss the boat tour. very dissapointed with kkday support. They now say their english is not good.
So, be wary of kkday and if you book take everything printed to show the guide.
PS. also the tour is not worth the money. very expensive for what it is. The boat part is even worse.
