Avoid Klamobile.de in any case. They just gave me a call for a contract. I asked them to send me the contract to read and sign. Nonetheless, they sent me a sim card without any other documents. The sim card was sent back to them in time with cancellation request. But they charge me every month and state that I have a contract with them. Moreover, it is not easy to reach them over phone. There seems to be only a desk in the background since you need to wait for a long time to get a reply.

Worst Experience! Got a used phone with pre installed malware
I preordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro with klarmobile.de and they sent me a used phone instead of a new one. The phone had malware’s and some company advertisement crap pre installed on it. When I order a new phone, I expect it to be new and sealed from the company. FYI marketing team, if need more info write me. I can provide you with photos.

Be very careful changing contracts with klarmobil I just lost my business line for 5 days of hell and up to 1000€ in calls lost - I didn’t think this was even possible or legal in this day and age. They are even now charging me for the replacement SIM cards. My first one got lost in the post, 2nd was the wrong one and the third worked and now they don’t speak to me anymore and I have to chase them for the replacement card fees back! Until now they were good but this was one of the worst experiences of my life with regard to business loss and no effort made to correct it quickly. I’m extremely angry especially now to have to chase them for the fees

Service and Customer is awful
Simply my sim cart with them not working and they do not know what to do.
Simply even they do not respond the call, and after 20/30 minutes the call will be dropped, or they will answer after 15 minutes, but they have no Idea what to do or if they can fix the problem, every time they said wait for few days, and next person even does not know why.
Worst customer support ever.

Pain in the ass to get out of their contracts
I have been forced to pay several months of service after telling them that I left Germany. They told me if I had not left I would have had to pay over a year beyond the service I needed. They told me they had to charge three months beyond their acceptance of my proof that I had left the country. Germany and its contracts at its worst!
