So far customer support is responsive and helpfull only with informations. Let's see how responsive they get with the refund. My advice if someone wants to take a risk to buy here, make sure you really don't have a better choice. Then start with small cheap orders, if it goes wrong, you won't lose much.

I've topped up my balance via bank transfer method and never received my money. Support is awful, it's just ignoring me on every channel - whatsapp (no response), email (no response), website feedback form (no response). I've linkedRussian phone number to my account (it is possible, they have such an option on the website) and I'm not able to verify it, cause no sms arrives. To all my inquiries I've attached receipt of the trasaction proving that I've done it right.
