Had a good experience so far as I ordered an end of tenancy clean and the inventory clerk reported no issues highly recommended - will use again to clean my house

Horrible experience with this company - avoid at all costs. Agreed a time & price for an “end of tenancy” cleaning. 1 person with a Sainsbury’s bag of dirty sponges showed up. No hoover, no mop, no equipment whatsoever. Clearly using cheap, incompetent sub-contractors.

Horrible experience! I booked for a 2 hour clean and the maid didn’t show up ! To make things worse when I tried to contact them via email and phone , no response . They scammed me took my money and didn’t receive any service

Kleankeepers provided a deep carpet clean on two of our 4-storey buildings and job well done! I can highly recommend them and will use them in future again.

Very very average cleaning. I have used this service twice now and last time the cleaner took 3 hours to just clean 2 bathrooms (and they were still not 100% clean) and this time the cleaner cleaned everything in less than 2 hours and after the cleaner was gone, I inspected the house and there was dust everywhere. The cleaner did not even wipe down surfaces such as tables, etc. the cleaner mostly just vacuumed the house, wiped down the toilet and left.

we use them for our regular domestic cleaning in Clapham common area! They have excellent cleaners and are very prompt and helpful.

A very professional service, fully organised team. They have all the appropriate cleaning supplies and machines for the end of tenancy cleaning (i.e. deep cleaning entire property and carpet cleaning. Definitely recommended.

Do not ever work for this company!!! They are not paying and they are very rude and disrespectful !
I worked for them and they didn’t paid my last two jobs for no reason! I am taking this company to court
